40th wedding anniversary family getaway

We absolutely loved this beach house! The location and easy access to the beach and bay was perfect for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped, WIFI worked perfect, and loved having the washer and dryer to do laundry midweek. Wonderful communication with the property owner! We loved celebrating our 40th anniversary here with our family and can't wait to come back next summer!

Great house for a private-like beach vacation

The house was well set up to accommodate our two families with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids between 5-9. The house is full of hospitality as the kitchen is well stocked, ample house amenities, lots of games for adults and kids, great speakers/sounds system, easy to navigate TV and great AC. The bonus room also had a door - which, while we didn’t need the sleeper sofa, was a great feature if we did decide to have someone sleep in that room. Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive during our stay. Lastly, the house is in a prime location easily walk to the beach, which was never crowded- even during the July 4th holiday. We would love to stay here again.

We just got back from an amazing week vacation at Joe's Westhampton Beach house.

This house could not have suited our family any better for a beach vacation. It is like a 4 minute walk to the very clean and uncrowded beach. Also Joe, provided more than ample beach equipment (about a dozen beach chairs , 3 or 4 maybe 5 beach umbrella, numerous buggy boards, Spike ball and more. He also has 2 kayaks which can be used on the Bay, which is also only about 3 min. walk. The House itself is very spacious, 4 bedrooms, a nice sized living room, dining room, kitchen combo. On top of that there is a large bonus room, with a separate outdoor deck, and a sleeper sofa. The main deck is huge and well laidout (Dinner table with seating for 8 and and umbrella, also lounge chairs and other seating. Upstairs the master bedroom also had a private deck. Joe was very easy to deal with and very attentive. Plenty of games, TV's, and a well stocked kitchen. I would absolutely go back again.

West Hampton stay

There was a great flow to the house with the kitchen living and dining all open. Den was a great room as well. The lighting in most rooms could be improved and the quality of the TV sets (the sound was really bad). Despite having terrible weather most days there, the location is fantastic.

What a relaxing getaway to the Hamptons!

My family had the most laid back vacation in this Westhampton beach house. Waking up in the morning having coffee on one of the 2 decks overlooking the bay on Dune Road was a great way to start the day. This property offered great access to the ocean across the street. The home has several sliding glass doors out both decks creating a fantastic breeze. The 2 story great room afforded us great space to have friends visit and a second family room for the kids to hang out. A great area to walk and bike. We love Westhampton village to pick up groceries and shop in the small boutiques. A great vacation home, highly recommend!
