As an owner, this was one of the most uncomfortable situations I've ever been in with a renter. She asked if it was okay for friends that live nearby to park their camper here because it would be something fun for her kids to enjoy and that it would be "just like having another vehicle parked here", and that the camper would not be connected to my utilities. The camper turned out to be an Asotria 5th wheel which weighs about 18 thousand pounds! An entire family stayed in the camper with their dog and they did in fact use my electric and water without permission. Many families with children have enjoyed their time here so much that they return, just as the family (with children) did the same weekend that Brittany was here, as well as another family just this past weekend (they even had a baby shower here). I was just leaving the barn when Brittany arrived because I had put the groceries that they had ordered via a delivery service in the refrigerator and freezer so they would not be sitting in the sun and I had to go back in to open the back door to the main part of the barn because that is where they chose to park despite clear directions. The front of the barn is where/how you enter the apartment and even after discussing parking in person, they continued to park in the back because that is where their extra, unpaying guests chose to park the next day while I was gone, so they could gain access to my utilities. The unauthorized guests even stayed on the property after Brittany and her family checked out on Sunday which making the situation even more bizarre. The barn and property itself would only be set up for an event when someone is paying to host an event. I received many compliments from Brittany and her guests ((paying or otherwise) while they were here and it was only after I requested an additional fee for the extra guests and their use of my utilities that she then had complaints about their stay here. Also, we do live nearby, but not on the same property. Bella Terra has it's own address and we have our own address because they are two different properties.
