Spacious and comfy with high speed internet, Roku smart TV, free parking, plus a large, private backyard oasis. Close to shops, restaurants, golf, I-485. Rest well in high end king/queen beds. Enjoy a leisurely morning on the backyard pergola. Spend the day exploring Charlotte or working in the dedicated office area. End the day with BBQ around a firepit or watching movies on the 55-inch TV. Two sitting areas, games, a large dining table and complimentary toiletries ensure comfort for everyone.

Eating: More than the essentials greet you in the well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bakeware, cookware, new frig with ice maker, Keurig for coffee and hot water heater for tea and cocoa.

Entertainment: 55-inch smart Roku TV, WiFi, washer & dryer, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, and room for kids and dogs to run in the large, fenced backyard (pre-paid pet fees apply).

Sleeping: King and queen beds in all bedrooms, with extra comfy bedding. Extra pillows and blankets in hall closet. Sofa in living room converts for additional sleeping.

Bath: Shower, tub and dual vanities in upstairs bathrooms. Master has en-suite. Towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Out Back: Outdoor dining table under a relaxing pergola, firepit, stainless steel grill, patio with covered seating, private fenced in back yard.

Free Parking: Driveway (2 vehicles or 3 small ones), overnight street parking

Good neighbors: This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and complaints from neighbors means you will be asked to vacate without a refund. No smoking of any kind, no parties, events or guests not listed on the reservation. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed + additional cleaning fees will be charged. We will ask that you and all guests will comply with house rules prior to releasing the address and entry code. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Thank you for your understanding.

Up to 2 dogs of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per dog. Pets must be named at the time of booking to avoid a request to pay applicable fees and/or damages and vacate immediately. Cats are not permitted - we love them but are highly allergic. Exotic animals and reptiles are not allowed.

Keyless entry with door code provided at check in. Free parking in driveway and street.

During Your Stay: Community pool use prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $500 fine. No smoking of any kind. Evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 fine and possible immediate eviction• Quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. • Indoor fireplaces use not permitted. • A firepit is provided and wood can be obtained from nearby stores such as Lowes or Walmart. The firepit shall not be moved from its location in the backyard. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that fires are properly started and extinguished, and is responsible for any and all damages resulting from fire, smoke or use of the firepit.  • Dogs are the only animals allowed with prior approval. No more than 2 dogs per stay with prior approval and pet fee. Kindly clean up daily after your dog and place waste in outside trash bin (beige bin) on side of house. • Dogs not permitted on ANY furniture. • Cats are not allowed (we love them but are highly allergic) • Only named guests in reservation are allowed. No extra guests. • No parties. • Dishwasher may be run daily. Tabs are provided under the kitchen sink. • Washer tabs are provided the laundry room.
Prior to Departure: • Please load dishes prior to departure. • Ensure yard and home is free of pet waste. • Collect and place used towels and linens in laundry room. • Empty trash bins • Dispose of food left in frig and pantry. • Please ensure TV remote is returned to the basket next to the family room TV. On Sunday evening, please move trash and recycle bins to the curb for collection, and return them to the backyard by Monday evening.
