Great Space

Great Space for a big family. It was very clean and spacious. First time renting a house that had everything you need in the kitchen from seasonings to pots and pans. The screened in patio was everything for my family. We ate breakfast and dinner out there. The radio with the speakers was a hit with our family also. It’s only one TV but it’s ok brings everyone closer together.

This lovely home surpasses the ad. Home was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen, baths and laundry rooms are fully equipped. Cable and a TV in the master would have been perfect! Close to I-75. We definitely recommend repeat stays! Kudos Erin!

Beautiful place to stay

This property was great! Very comfortable for a larger family. The house was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time and would love to stay at this property again.

Beautiful Home, Needs Better Communication

The good - This home is beautiful, the pictures are very accurate, it is very well maintained and clean. It is a great place for a couple or a family. Minor issues are that there are quite a few yellow jacket nests around, including 3 or 4 on the patio that should be handled as part of standard maintenance, and the nice leather recliners are very difficult to use. They probably need some mechanical adjustments. I’m a tall adult man and I had difficulty closing the foot rests while sitting. The one major issue we had was with communication. When we got to the house at 10:30PM on a Saturday, the owner hadn’t turned off the alarm. The alarm kept going off every time we opened a door. The cops showed up and ran our licenses. We called the phone number for the property manager a half dozen times but no one answered. We opened a case with VRBO customer support who also couldn’t get a hold of the property manager or the owner. They gave us the owner’s number, but again no answer to multiple calls or texts. Dealing with the cops (who were very understanding) and having the loud screech of the alarm every time we opened a door while unloading the car was not what I wanted to deal with after driving for 16 hours. I understand that mistakes happen, but there should be contingencies in place for things and having someone who answers the phone isn’t too much to accept. The owner texted the following morning (could have given us the curtesy if a call) and said the alarm was now off and apologized. We never heard from the property manager. The short version is, this is a beautiful place and I do recommend it but they really need to improve the accessibility of contacts if there is an issue.

Great family golf getaway property

Great property! House was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Close to all amenities including restaurants, shopping and golf (both on property and away). Great communications with host. A lovely home away from home. Would go back to stay at this location in a heartbeat!

Zephyrhills Golf Resort Property was great

Located on the 8th hole of Silverado Golf & Country Club, this 3 bedroom home was a great place to stay to celebrate a friends 60th birthday. The two couples each had bedrooms with baths at opposite ends of the house that allowed for privacy but with the centre common area and kitchen it was a great layout to enjoy each other's company. We enjoyed our patio mornings on the east side of the home for the beautiful sunshine. The kitchen appliances, pots/pans, dishes, silverware and spices/oils made our in home breakfasts easy. The refrigerator with water and ice maker were appreciated. We enjoyed walking the resort, as the homes and golf course are beautiful and well maintained the prices for the golf course looked very reasonable and the course appeared to be in great shape. The location is easy to get in and out with lots of shopping and restaurants very close. The use of a washer and dryer was great as we had packed light. We booked this location because we were visiting the RV parks and this location was great. We found the host got back to us immediately when we communicated to them via the VRBO app, house information was located at the desk as well. It was a very nice touch with the baskets of personal amenities located in each bathroom. We were able to book this house for a long weekend as well which made it a perfect choice. We will keep this home at the top of our list for Zephyrhills.

Perfect Family Gathering

This property was everything it promised. Very clean Bathrooms and bathtubs that were spotless! There were many extra thoughtful items in the kitchen that made executing our meals very easy. There was a wonderful grill out back which we made use of. A large, comfortable family room adjoining the kitchen area so we could all be together while spending time with my father who just turned 90!
