#11 Fairways Drive - Luxury 4 BR, Hot Tub

This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Luxury Cottage is located on the west end of the Village, with views of snow covered mountains in the winter and a fantastic golf course in the summer - great opportunity to relax in the private hot tub after a day of activities.

The Sticks hosts up to 9 guests making it the perfect getaway for your entire family. After a full day of skiing, make use of the unfinished basement to store all of your gear out of sight.

The Sticks is a quick 12 minute walk on the beautiful valley trail along the golf course to the center of the village. The walk is a must do in either summer or winter. Alternatively, it is a 2 minute drive to the heart of the Village and base of the ski lifts, complete with restaurants, shops, day spa, and more!

Winter Season: In the mornings, we recommend taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle located at the stop at the end of the street and then at the end of the day, ski-in off Mt. Morrisey through the Fairways Drive "Ski Back".

Summer Season: from golfing and hiking to biking and enjoying the Village, theres an activity for everyone! Take in one of Sun Peaks' many free concerts and shows for a great evening in the mountains.

Fantastic location for a week of skiing and riding at Sun Peaks. The accommodation was excellent, well appointed in and out, and with your own private hut tub. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again in future. Host was very responsive too.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage was within walking distance to the village of Sun Peaks. The house was very comfortable for our family of seven. I would highly recommend the house and Sun Peaks.

Great Value!

We really enjoyed the property and believe it is great value for the cost. The process with the owners was efficient and problem free. We especially liked the basement area that has a large storage area for gear, and makes getting ready a breeze. While not full ski in/out, the return trip was only a 2 minute walk after taking the ski way. We would definitely stay again.

Away from the noise of the village but so close to shuttle. Best of both

6 adults easily stayed in this great house. Well appointed, owner is great to deal with and quick to respond. Shuttle runs at the end of the street, hot tub overlooks the golf course (runway of snow for us) massive room downstairs for all our skiing gear. Large oven. Good beds

Family ski-cation

First time VRBO renters. My house hold along with my brother and his son stayed at this property. We have a Aunt and Uncle who have a separate condo at the resort, so we went to viait them. This particular property had absolutely everything we needed. We really appreciated the space in the dining room and kitchen. It allowed is to comfortably accommodate a 8 place setting for meals. Very clean, comfortable property. The owner was very prompt with communications and accomodating. We hope to be back again in 2026!

Cozy cabin with everything you need

The sticks was a fantastic place to stay in sun peaks. The hot tub was much appreciated after a day on the slopes and the drying room was large and very useful. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cozy and warm in the cabin. We opted to drive up to the lifts in the morning instead of the shuttle but was nice to have the option. Ski in to the chalet does involve a bit of walking especially if on a snowboard. Only negative would be that it would have been nice to have some salt or sand to put over the path from the door to the hot tub as it got very icy. Was great to be on the golf course as it gave us some privacy. I would definitely book at the sticks again. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay.

Great for a family ski weekend

We had a wonderful experience. The cabin really suited the needs of our family; super clean with a large well stocked kitchen. Good sized hot tub, lots of towels and comfy beds. The boot warmer was a super bonus Only draw back was we had 5 min drive to the lifts in the morning - but the ski out was splendid and took us to within a 5 min walk of the cabin.

Great House in Beautiful Sun Peaks

Really enjoyed our stay. The house fit our party of 8 (2 families of 4) with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen for big meals. We visited in a very cold week (-25F/-31C) but the house was warm and toasty when we arrived, including the two car garage. Scott was super easy to reach in advance and during our trip, which was very helpful with the ever changing COVID requirements, road closures, and when we got a little turned around in the neighborhood. Great stay!
