Outdoors the home sits on a fully private acre, beautifully designed with mountain views and lush landscaping. The large private pool and spa is 20 ft by 40 ft, and 9 ft deep. There are 4 lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas, plus other seating options, including around the real wood fire pit, perfect for those chilly desert nights. The built-in BBQ is on natural gas, and has a mini fridge, and two bar seats at the BBQ island. There is an outdoor dining table for 6, and a cushioned seating area under the covered patio for 6. Near the decorative fountain, there is another table and umbrella with seating for 4. We brought the beach volleyball to the desert, with a full sand court available for your own private match. If golf is more your thing, head over to the 4 hole putting green, complete with area to chip in, from nearly 60 yards out! The large lawn is lined with hedges for extra privacy, and is perfect for your lawn games such as corn hole and bocce ball.

Indoors, as you enter the home you are greeted by a formal living room with fireplace, leather sofas, and picture windows with indoor mountain views. Plenty of seating near the 75" flatscreen TV in the great room, which has neutral tones, leather sofas, and another fireplace. The breakfast table seats 4, and the kitchen island seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining table that seats 12. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances, plus place settings, flatware, and wine glasses. You will love the convenience of making meals at home in this gorgeous kitchen.

The Master bedroom has a King bed plus en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, and walk-in closet with a Twin Bunk Bed. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities, plus direct pool access. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, reach-in closet, and ceiling fan. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway for Suite 2 & 3 with a shower/tub combo, double vanity, and private outdoor access to the courtyard with seating, artificial turf, and fruit trees. Suite 4 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, and ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom outside Suite 4 with an updated tiled shower and vanity.
