Get away from the hustle & bustle and relax in Rye. Enjoy the tranquil lifestyle that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. This beach themed house has an open plan. It is located 1.5 km from the Foreshore and Surf Beach.
For the keen golfer; The Dunes, Moonah Links & Eagle Ridge Golf courses are virtually on your doorstep.
If you just want to be pampered, Peninsula Hot Springs is just a few minutes drive, or 10 minutes to Sorrento which has fashion, shopping and food for all to indulge.

This 4 bedroom house accommodates up to 11 people and is ideal for 2 families.
The house features ducted heating, evaporative cooling, digital flat screen TV, DVD and brand new furniture throughout the house.
Upon the entrance there are polished floorboards throughout.
The granite kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven & fridge.
High chair provided on request.

The Master bedroom features a queen size bed, large robes, and full ensuite.
The Blue bedroom has a double bed & 2 single bunk beds.
The Floral bedroom has a queen size bed.
The Beach bedroom has a double bed & single bed.
All Linen is supplied for the bedding.

The main Bathroom has a shower & bath, there is also a separate toilet with hand basin & mirror.
The laundry contains a washing machine, dryer & ironing facilities.

The house is designed with outdoor living in mind. Both the end bedrooms and the living area have French doors which open out onto the veranda. This leads to the outdoor decked entertaining area at the rear of the house, equipped with a timber setting, umbrella & gas BBQ.

The property has a double lock up garage with plenty of off street parking for cars or even a boat.
There is a information book that has suggestions of things to do in the area, and instructions on how to use all the appliances and entertainment systems in the house.
Take advantage of the convenient location to many of the activities offered by the peninsula such as wineries, hot springs, golfing, fishing, or just a simple walks along either beach.
There is so much to choose from, just relax & enjoy.

Lovely stay in Rye

We loved our stay in the Rye house. It was big enough to house our three generations, with a great central kitchen, lounge, dining. The deck, fire pit and outdoor area were fantastic.

Family get away

We had a fabulous weekend at Jullian and Lisas’ place in Rye. Our family of 9 of all ages had a great time! The children especially enjoyed the huge choice of toys and games!

Great property with lots of special touches

We had a great weekend stay with 6 adults and an infant. The property is spacious and really well presented, and the extra touches like a selection of kids toys, some chocolates on arrival, and a lovely message from the host really make this a top place to stay.

This was our second stay at this property, the hosts are so easy to deal with, house is equipped with absolutely everything imaginable, want for nothing, location great short drive to shops and beach and best cafe in same street for lunch and breaky, we all loved it again

Thank you Julian and Lisa. Your property was the perfect location for our book club weekend away. It was a quiet location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds and a warm and open living space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The heater worked which was great on an unusually cold weekend in November. We can't fault our stay in any way!

Mates golf week away

Beach wood on Loongana was a great place to stay for our week of golf. The house is beautifully presented and communication with the hosts was extremely open and helpful. The house is a 2minute drive to the shopping centre and golf courses within 10minutes. Beach wood is perfect for a mates getaway/3-4 couples or a family holiday. Highly recommended.

The perfect beach getaway

Our group adored our stay at Julian and Lisa's property. The nicest hosts we could have possibly asked for - exceptionally accommodating and very friendly people. The property itself was perfect. The house was so spacious and clean - a bonus was the cute beach vibe and decorations. The backyard is again very large and perfect for entertaining (a firepit, BBQ, sandpit, large dining table, etc). Great long weekend away

2 families away for cup weekend with their dogs, house was perfect for all our needs. The weather was ordinary but we still managed to have a wonderful time play card games, doing puzzles and enjoying this great house. Great location to walk to the cafe and walk to the oval to run the dogs. Jullian and Lisa were great at letting us know all the details we needed and it was so nice to checkout when we were ready on Tuesday. Thanks again for having us.

The most amazing stay. The property is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as seen in comments. The fantastic fire pit, BBQ, and beautiful outdoor area made us all feel really spoilt. The owners could not have been more thoughtful, they have thought of everything you could need. Decorated beautifully, open & bright spaces with a cosy feel. Lovely, fresh & clean. The bedding configurations were also fantastic & bedroom is lovely. This property will definately our go to for our annual Rye get away

Golf weekend

Our golfing group of 10 split the accommodation between this and another close by. We used this house as the base for gathering and eating.The kitchen/meals/lounge area was large enough for us not to be sitting on each other and the kitchen had everything the you would expect for large gatherings. Sleeping arrangements for 6 gents was more than adequate and well presented. Everything was very clean and tidy and its location was excellent for golf on the Peninsula. If we return to this area for another weekend of golf there would be no hesitation in booking this house.

Beautiful beach property in Rye

Just wanted to thank Julian and Lisa for making our stay in rye memorable and wonderful. The house was perfect for our group, very clean and secure for young children and pets. The welcoming gift and greeting left by the owner kicked off the weekend in a perfect manner. The rooms and toilets were spotless, lots of information about the surrounding area. All the required linen were provided and was all in great condition. The backyard was a dream, we spent most of our evenings by the fire pit enjoying a barbecue/picnic.
