Condo Del Sol is a rustic, Spanish, adobe style, contemporary 5 bed /5bath luxury condo. It sleeps up to 10 guests with access two refreshing pools. A small beach is a short walk away.
Del Sol is situated on the third, uppermost floor directly above the lagoon style swimming pool palm trees that rise up to the verandah.
The Main Courtyard and pool offers generous outdoor living areas. On the Roof Top Terrace, guests can enjoy sea views along with outdoor dining and lounging areas.

This property is not safe for children and the elderly, most surfaces are made of stone. The terrain is hard to walk on.

Great trip to Grenada!

Beautiful funky guest house. 2 pools and beach access. Lots of room for all 5 of us.

Unique and artsy

This property is so unique and artsy, it is absolutely beautiful! The entire property is really a work of art! The people were also so nice! We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed in a large suite with a full kitchen and 5 bedrooms. If you are looking for a luxury resort, this may not be it, but it was perfect for us!

Beautiful relaxing stay

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. Sharon was really helpful and made our stay very comfortable. She was really friendly and ensure we were well looked after. The only negative would be that the compound seems to be unfinished in places so there were a couple of safety hazards for our young children to roam around. The apartment it self was really well built and maintained. The location is little too far to walk to shops so we relied on taxis, but if you had a car it wouldn’t be an issue. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would come again.

A great experience. Sharon is an amazing host. We plan to go back and stay at tje same Vrbo. I was truly amazed, pictures on VRBO are a true to form.Roof view was amazing and even the teens enjoyed. Thank you

More than expected!

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised at how it looked! We weren’t expecting much but it was a great place for a group of friends. Just know you might share the general property with other groups! (Which we enjoyed)

We stayed here in March 2023 (6 adults and 2 kids under 2). We absolutely loved our time here. The condo was clean throughout and cleaned regularly, every bedroom was well equipped with a smart TV and kitchenette. The two swimming pools were lovely and we enjoyed a BBQ at the roof top pool on our first night. Sharon was an excellent host and always available on WhatsApp. Thank you!

Gorgeous property

Love the property, it looks just like the pictures online. Owners were lovely and helpful. The information card in thw room offered VERY useful information for take out, grocery shopping and Transportation. Biggest concern was that unless you're driving its a bit difficult to get around if You're in a large group and there was 8 of us. I would also prefer brighter lighting in some areas. I would definitely come stay there again. Thanks again for everything Sharon.

Beautiful property

Sharon was wonderful! Very welcoming and always responded quickly to our requests. She was also helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. We were offered daily cleaning service which wss nice too. The property was beautiful but needs some maintenance (ex. Tile in shower repaired but ungrouted) AC and fans were insufficient. No hot water ar all. Pool was wonderful and we all enjoyed it everyday! Thank you to the Sharon and her staff!

Sweet Grenadian Hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Condo Del Sol at Reefview Pavillions! We were excited to return to our beautiful island and to the neighborhood that we once lived 14 years ago. Sharon was wonderful and so accommodating. She met us at 1 am, when we arrived, to show us around and help us to get comfortable. We both love to chat and hit it off right away. You can see the love that she and her husband, Anthon, put into this property. It’s just so exquisite and unique. Many of the complaints that I read about before booking did not bother me as I lived here for 3 years. I know how things work on the island and have always been able to adjust and be understanding. On an island, nothing happens quickly. Parts are not readily available due to shipping time/cost etc. Immerse yourself in this beautiful culture and support local people. I would never stay in a hotel here and would always chose to support wonderful families such as the Antoine’s. I have already reccomended this property to many friends when they return to the island and most definitely plan to stay when we are able to visit again.

Unique place for large group

Five couples stayed at this condo for a week in January. We echo the comments of other reviewers that Sharon and her staff were very pleasant and reachable. She responded to our requests for additional silverware and towels, replaced an empty propane tank and outside lightbulbs and had the freezer repaired. However, she was unable to adjust the water temperature which remained cool all week except in the one shower that was heated by an electrical device. Fortunately, the couple in that bedroom opened their shower to anyone wanting hot water. The outside areas were just as beautiful as the pictures. We gathered around the pools and enjoyed happy hours on the rooftop and our veranda. You should be aware, as we were not, that the property sits at the bottom of a very steep, curving, narrow road lacking sidewalks or shoulders. So, although several restaurants appear to be within a mile of the condo they are really not walkable. We hired many taxis and prepared meals in the condo as best we could. The small beach nearby is walkable but it is narrow and disappears at high tide. All this being said, we had a good time with each other and returned with many stories to tell.

WE HAD THE BEST TIME!

We stayed for 2 weeks at this AMAZING property! Sharon (the host) was wonderful! When we needed something, she was always there to help. The place is very spacious for a larger group. We were 10 people. It's about a 10 minutes drive to Grand Anse beach. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Grenada.

Exceeded Expectations!

My friends and I had the best stay here. The property is gorgeous and just the right size to give everyone privacy while still maintaining a cozy and beautiful environment. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed, and the pools were clean and refreshing too. Sharon and Anthon were great hosts, and communication was always fast and easy with them. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Would definitely recommend for a group!

Sharon was absolutely amazing. Kind and helpful. The lodging is not luxurious but it was exactly we were looking for. Kind of gives Bedrock feels (like where Flintstones are from) it would definitely hold up in any storm. Every local we encountered was helpful and pleasant. Close to a few well-known spots (Junction, the Beer Brewery, Lavo Lanes) all great fun and very nearby. The lodging offers a bathroom in each bedroom with a decent size kitchen and common space. Main refrigerator was a bit glitchy but each room also has a small private fridge- and I believe the main one was replaced once we checked out. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend to a large group looking for a a good price and quiet but comfortable lodging.

Wedding guests

One of the coolest places I’ve rented. The apartment itself was so much fun and would make an excellent venue for an event whereby you rent the entire complex. Hosts were wonderful and the place is actually as pretty as it looks in the photos. Slight issue with hot water but who needs it in the tropics? Don’t expect luxury, but if you want funky, different, and beautiful - this place is great. Would definitely rent again- but next time the whole place :)

Very Well taken Care of

We enjoyed staying in Condo Del Sol. Sharon was easy to communicate with, accessible, helpful, and friendly. She offered great recommendations and support and responded quickly. The property was well appointed and good for a group of friends gathering together, with separate coffee makers and bathrooms in the rooms. The pool was lovely. Food delivery options were plentiful. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
