Great building located close to shopping and right next to the beach. Unfortunately they were working on the outside of the building so we had no use of the balcony during our stay. Hopefully they'll finish that quickly. Nice free game room and fitness center that we used multiple times.

Great location for a beach trip

Property is as described and a terrific location. The beach is well kept and not too crowded, even on Memorial Day. The location of the condo could not be better—great ocean view from the balcony and easy access to the freight elevator for getting all your stuff down to the beach. Owners have thought of everything for your beach stay—umbrellas, coolers, chairs—made our stay even more fun!

Fabulous trip to Hallendale

We enjoyed a quick trip to Hollywood Beach. The condo is perfect for our needs. Everything was better than the pictures on line. Comfortable beds, clean, thick beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. The little couch on the deck is a nice spot to sit and enjoy sunset.

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect, you have full views of ocean even though the building is behind one other building. There was a leak in the ceiling after a heavy rain the day we checked in. Manager was very quick to respond with our options so this was appreciated. Beach in this area is perfect!!

Location and host amazing!!!!!! The entire trip was amazing!!! Only thing I'd suggest is making sure cleaning crew wait till 10....even 9:30 a man knocking on your door was kind of like who is that !!!! Thank you for everything!!

Amazing Communication and Location!

Loved Ben who gave us all the info and was fast to answer questions. He was very nice and friendly. The place was a GREAT location and the apartment was very clean, updated and even had some beach chairs, umbrellas and a lot of the basics for the beach. Would stay here again! The only part i didn’t love was the staff at the place (not Ben or the owner). When we first arrived the valet told us to go the concierge desk who then told us to go back to vallet. While it’s nice to leave our bags there until check in, it is not secure at all. No one supervises the area and it remains unlocked.

Nice beach, pretty view, easy walk to beach

There were some real pros and cons to this condo.Pros: - clean- pretty view of beach- easy to get to beach- short walk to convenience store for essentials.- not too far to grocery store.- nice bathrooms and kitchen- quiet- lots of beach gear in the condo cons.- apartment smells like mold- there is nowhere comfortable to sit. The couch just sinks when you sit on it.- sheets were polyester maybe? very slippery slidey. Mattress has 2 egg crates layered on it. Not sure that is about.- skimpy with the number of towels- the building is old and shows it.- I thought the check-in communication was a little overly complicated. - I did not realize Hollywood Beach is pretty far from both Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale in traffic. Like 45 minutes to an hour to each. And there there was significant traffic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was véry nice, with a very good view of the beach and Ocean. It was a little bit of a hassle to deal with the valet parking, as a person could not just go get in your car to drive somewhere or retrieve an item left there. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the rental manager, the condo above apparently had a leak when it rained, resulting water leaking into the master bedroom, making it not safe to continue there. Since no other apt. was available, we left 5 days early, but got refund for the unused days. They were very fair in how they treated situation.

Hollywood Condo

The view was beautiful. The condo could use a little updating. The elevator situation was not good. There were only 2 working elevators for an 18 story building. Sometimes the wait was unacceptable. I asked about this before I booked the property and was told that all 3 would be working. Even that would not have been enough. Also the TV reception was not great. We had to watch the Superbowl on Tubi. It cut in and out constantly for the entire game. It was very painful and disappointing to watch it that way. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the valet guys but because of the elevator and TV situations we probably won’t be back.

Vacation!

My boyfriend and I went on vacation. The listing on the VRBO was very accurate and place was very nice! The overview on the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed every moment! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Excellent!

I stayed here with my mother, girls trip!We had a great time, condo was clean had all the necessities in the kitchen, Beds were super comfortable check in process was easy. Some restaurants, including Walmart within walking distance, although I ended up getting a car, but that was personal preference. The sunrises are spectacular right from the balcony!!!!It was very quiet, and being an end unit, for me personally that’s a plus!Would it definitely stay here again!!!!

Absolute Recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay. A great apartment in a great location. The view is simply magnificent, both of the sea and the skyline - it couldn't be better. The apartment is very clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need for a vacation, even extensive beach utensils are available. And the hosts are extremely helpful. In short, an absolute recommendation!

Nice Family Getaway

We came to the property as a family Christmas gift. Hollywood beach did not disappoint. We enjoyed the property. Very easy beach access. The game room was a lot of fun for the kids. There is a gas station and some food options within walking distance. There’s even a Walmart less than a mile down the road. The hosts provided enough towels, beach stuff and dinnerware for a family of 6. The property was comfortable and easy to keep free of the inevitable sand with the onsite cleaning supplies. Would stay again.
