Extremely helpful and accessible host who welcomed us with home made cookies. She was also very knowledgeable about things to do and see in the local area. The cottage was spotlessly clean, with a large well tended, secure back yard, perfect for dogs or children to play. Also lots of shade trees to read books under. The beds were comfortable, the area is quiet but close to cafes and beaches. There was a barbecue, bikes and outdoor furniture in the large shed, which again was spotless. I’ve done a lot of travelling with dogs throughout Australia and this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Other amenities included : Electric blanketsAnd a dedicated tap in the kitchen for rain water for drinking.

Easter Break

Tobruk Cottage is the perfect place to stay. It has everything required to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable, including Furry family members. I can understand why this property rates highly and has numerous positive reviews. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Air conditioning

The property was as advertised and we had a great stay.My only feedback would be that some sort of air conditioning in the main bedroom would be beneficial. I think it would get very warm on hotter days.Otherwise it was great and we plan on returning.

Gorgeous little place!

Very sweet and perfect decor to match the ocean shack vibe. Huge fenced yard. Easy comms. Highly recommend. Toilet is well away from main bedroom with 2 uneven steps but that would not be an issue for most.

Great, well located property.

Perfect holiday home positioned well - walking distance to town, the beach and the brewery. Excellent setup. Kids and Dog loved the garden.

Great Great Location

The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The yard is perfect for dogs and Billy had a great time exploring. Location is ideal and was a short walk from the Main Street. Jenny was a great communicator and host. We will recommend this spot to our friends.

Perfect place to pstay with my dogs

This is my 2nd stay here with 2 dogs each time. We always love our time here. Doesn't matter what the weather is, it is great to stop and rejuvenate!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay, walking distance to Main Street and beach if you want to. Massive yard which evie loved for zoomies, and fetch! There was a hole in the fence o was worried she would get through, owner was there promptly with a solution. Very attentive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay

The cottage was in a very convenient location and had a great back yard for our dogs. It was very neat and clean inside and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jenny who takes care of the cottage has fantastic communication and takes a lot of pride in looking after the property. We felt like it was a home away from home and enjoyed our week in Robe.

Comfortable cottage

Enjoyed our stay in “Tobruk Cottage”. Was sentimental for me as my father was a “Rat of Tobruk”! Very well maintained, everything that you could need and our 11 year old beagle loved the yard! Jenny was a great communicator and I could recommend this lovely little cottage! Robe is gorgeous with all the old sandstone buildings and lake and ocean vistas!
