Great view and homey

  • 4 of 5

We rented upper and lower apartments. It was great with our 2 adult children, we had both our quarters. The view is amazing, and the apartments feel homey. A 20 min walk to the beach going down, and come back by bus to go up. David was very friendly and welcomed us in a great way. We had an issue with an AC unit that didn’t work. It took a few days to repair, because it was in the Christmas holidays. Recycling bins would have been a plus, especially in a country supposedly green. Finally, a great place if you want to visit Manuel Antonio Park and see monkeys, toucans, sloths and many birds. We even saw monkeys from our terrace! Also a great beach.

Piece of Paradise in Costa Rica!!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent 14 days in Costa Rica. We stayed in 5 different parts of Costa Rica and put on 1600 KM to see as much of it as we could. Richards place in Manuel Antonio was the final leg of our trip and by far our most favorite part of the trip. His accommodation and view and Manuel Antonio were all reasons to make this where we always come back to when visiting Costa Rica. We saw all 3 types of Monkeys, a sloth and a large lizard all from our own deck. Very close to great restaurants and a scenic 15 minute walk to the beach. We were fortunate enough to meet Richard during our stay as well. We left with new friends. Highly recommended place to enjoy.

Amazing Costa Rica - no car needed!

  • 5 of 5

What an outstanding view! David (property manager) was excellent getting us settled in - he was very responsive to emails and met us at the property upon our arrival. A simple bus ride (about three hours) from the Tracopa Bus terminal in San Jose followed by a short walk from the bus stop and we were there. The condo was perfect for our family of five. The 15 minute walk to the beach is down a steep, rough road. We would walk down each day, head down the beach, then take the local bus back in the evening, which dropped us right at our doorstep. A great way to experience Manuel Antonio (local bus fare is 310 colones / about $0.55 per person). We woke to howler monkeys each morning, and saw the sloth at the pool each evening. Easy walking to multiple restaurants. We would definitely come back!

We rented both units and it was perfect for us. The views are fantastic.

  • 5 of 5

The units are in a great location. Close to Manuel Antonio park, beaches, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, etc. We had a SUV and were able to take the road next to the units down to the beach and park right on the beach. We would definately stay here again. David helps with check in and was happy to answer any questions we had during our stay. It is an hour drive to playa Uvita and Playa Ventanas, which I would definately recommend.
