Frog Cottage Ventnor

Frog Cottage is situated in leafy Ventnor away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all Phillip Island has to offer, half way between Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Frog Cottage is set on an acre of native bushland, next to the Anchorage Road general store which is very convenient for the paper and groceries. The Anchorage Road Beach, is only a 700m stroll along a made walking track from the cottage and is a safe, North facing, bay beach, ideal for swimming with kids or for fishing and kayaking.

The Layout

Two separate rooms (not interconnecting) which lead out to an undercover deck both of which are yours to enjoy.

Living room - Four seater couch, which can be made into a single/double bed if extra bed is required for kids or third adult.

Bar Fridge
Tea/Coffee making facilities

Bedroom and Ensuite - Queen sized bed, linen and bathroom towels provided.
Portacot in cupboard if required.

Outdoors
Large native garden, frog pond (unfenced), native birds & wildlife, chickens and the occasional echidna and Koala.

Frog Cottage is ideally suited to couples. Families with kids* are also welcome using existing bedding. No extra charges.
The main house is situated next to but completely separate to Frog Cottage.
Off street parking for up to two cars

*Please note that the property features a large unfenced pond.
