This beautiful French Mediterranean type home complete with a Pool and ELEVATOR. Includes access to The Placida Harbour Club amenities: A private ferry, Island Passage, cruises 10 minutes to Little Gasparilla Island, where you’ll find our private beach, clubhouse, pool, and seven miles of sand and beach. Back at our deep water harbor on the Cape Haze Peninsula, we also offer two more pools, a hot tub, and Clubhouse, complete with fitness facilities, card room, pool table, tennis and pickle ball courts.
The Space:
This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An elevator is available for all 3 floors and the amazing decks all around the home provides for the perfect spot to watch sunsets and sunrises! The heated pool in the back is an added bonus with all the toys and games available for use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. Except the garages. The front door is equipped with NEST’s Yale lock. An assigned code and instructions will be given just prior to your arrival. The first floor entrance, located on the side of the home leads to an Elevator, reaching all 3 floors.
The other options are the back doors which include several steps.

We do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness, damage, weather conditions, acts of nature, or death sustained to any person authorized or unauthorized to enter the property, regardless of cause, in addition to lost, stolen or items left behind. You agree to this policy by voluntarily checking into the rental property.
This home is located in a well kept, quiet neighborhood and in order to maintain the integrity, we are unable to accommodate parties of any kind. You must arrange ahead of time, if you are planning visitors other than that of your booking. If otherwise, a $250 fee will be assessed.
PARKING: The Garage is for owners use only. However, There is a circular driveway which should accommodate 4-5 cars. No parking on the street is allowed.
POOL: Absolutely NO glass bottles, cups or dishes in or near the pool area. Plastic wear is the only permitted item in or near the pool.
A POOL ADDENDUM MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE ARRIVAL. Therefore a personal email or mailing address is required. The reservation will not be considered to be in a completed status until these forms are signed and received.
Pool Heat is available at an additional Fee. After a reservation is placed we will do a fee request of $10.00 per night matching your reservation nights. Please note, the Heater is managed remotely and in NO way should be tampered with by anyone. If an adjustment is needed, contact the owner.
No child is to be left unattended in or near the pool at anytime.
NO SMOKING in or on the property. If you or anyone in your party is a heavy smoker, please do not rent this home. Our daughter has severe asthma which is triggered by any form of smoke. If you lightly smoke, kindly do it away from the home NOT in the home NOR on the balconies or property NOR in the front of the home. Otherwise, there will be a $250. Fee assessed, without further notice. NO SMOKING cigarettes, cigars, vapors, marijuana or any form of any kind.
CLEANING POLICY: Leaving an extreme mess in the home is prohibited per our policy. If we find excessive bottles and trash left in and around the house, we are assessed an additional $100 cleaning fee from our cleaning crew. Please be advised these fees will be assessed and deducted from your security deposit. Please be respectful of our homes, leaving them in a respectful manner.
There are two thermostats (between the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and in the Master Bedroom). These are managed remotely.
The home is equipped with a lovely private back yard. Provided are very comfortable seats, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. Kindly enjoy your outdoor entertaining in the back rather than the front yard. PLEASE NOTE: There are a couple fire pits - 1st and 3rd floor balconies. Please make certain they are never running unattended and turned completely off when you are done using them each time.
Security cameras have been placed around the outside of the home for safety.
