Always a great stay

Four Day Vacation

The place is beautiful and we even got to see some snow while being up here! The snow plows came through which I was surprised. There was rock salt in a bucket at the door for us to use. The stay was great. However, we didn't receive a welcome letter/email with Internet information etc. All we had got was an email with the door code. I had to reach out for internet information, but they were very responsive and also had let us know if we needed to login to the streaming services for the TV, that they could help if they were not already logged in. The jets on the bathtub do not work, there was a note under the bathroom sink that mentioned this. When we arrived, there were two dirty dishes in the sink which I do not care, it isn't hard to wash them. However, all in all it was a great place to stay and would 10/10 stay again. It is also pet friendly, so there are doggy bags and trash bins outside. I hate complaining and even messaging them about the Internet and jets made me feel like the worst person.The people are responsive which I am glad for and I am grateful we could stay. Thank you!

Perfect family getaway!

Rented this property for my kiddos fall break and it was perfect for our family getaway! Conveniently located near charming downtown Banner Elk, the Alpine coaster, gem mining and more. The owners were great and the place was beautifully maintained with an awesome porch and view. 10/10 would recommend!

Paradise In The Mountains

Have stayed at many other properties in this area. This location in The Vistas by far superior to any of the others. Great location, beautiful views, clean and modern condo just as we had visualized. Already talking about staying in same location next year for our anniversary.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second year renting this condo and it is a hit with our friends and family. Nicely appointed, spacious, great linens and a spectacular view. Perfect mountain getaway plus it is dog friendly :)

Trip to the mountains

This is a lovely condo! Even better than the pictures. Convenient to Banner Elk, Lees-MacRae College, the mountains, and Blue Ridge Parkway. The beds were comfortable, the gas fireplace was very cozy, the kitchen fully equipped. The view was amazing! Better than the pictures of it. We flatlanders spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and the view. The owner was quick to respond to every question we had. We hope to return soon!

We have stayed at Brian's condo several times. This is one of the nicest rental condos in Banner Elk. Easy access to Banner Elk as well as Beach Mtn.

Another amazing stay!!

This was our second visit to Banner Elk and our second time staying at this property. Couldn’t be happier with it again the place just feels like home! Location, Spectacular Views and Luxury. Located one mile outside of the town of Banner Elk it has easy access to Beech Mountain and sugar mountain. This condo is in a community except when in the home it feels more like you are in the wilderness with no one around. The views are phenomenal with natural south-facing panoramic observation of Grandfather mountain. And the amenities in this condo include high end finishes including granite counter tops, travertine floors, oversized showers and tubs. Finally, this condo is accessible to all with zero step entry and will accommodate wheel chair accessibility.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Vistas is a condo community that offer the opportunity for guests to walk their dog in the community, cook out on the adjoining grill and enjoy the breathtaking views from the back patio. This property is also unique to the mountains because the entry is level and handicap accessible so that everyone from young to elderly can enjoy the home. The condo also has a 12 foot indoor shuffle board table for endless hours of fun.

NOTE: This property is located in the same Condo building as VRBO #1048227 if this place is booked then please look at that property as well. Also it is a great option if two families are visiting and want to have separate space but be very conveniently located.
