Very nice property with great view. Comfortable and plenty of room. The complex is easy to get to and very convenient to town. Road is wide and paved two lanes which is great in the mountains. The complex has beautiful garden/landscspimg. We had a soft grassy lawn for morning yoga with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Big patio with lots of space. Brian was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful stay minutes from Banner Elk

Property is as described and on the first floor and an end unit. Great views and very clean. Just minutes to the traffic light in Banner Elk by car. Balcony is great for relaxing and rooms are spacious. Check in was a breeze! Stay was much enjoyed.

Fantastic condo

Great location, very quiet, high quality property and host. First time in this area and really enjoyed both Sugar and Beech Mountains. The town of Banner Elk has shops and good places to eat. We will be back!

Another Great Stay!!

This was our third year staying at the property!! Always feels like home when we are here. Location is great to ski both Beech and Sugar. Local cuisine is just a short drive away. Brian is a great host and makes our stays as easy and comfortable as you could ask!

Great stay

We’ve rented in the Banner Elk area for a few years now and this is probably our favorite condo. It was clean, comfortable beds/furniture and had all the amenities you could ask for. Very well thought out condo rental. Also it is very close to Banner Elk. Being pet friendly was awesome to have as well.

Beautiful views of the mountains and convenient to Banner Elk

The condo is perfectly located with great views. The kitchen is fully outfitted including a range of spices. The patio has a dining setup off the family room and a sitting group of the master bedroom. It’s a short drive to Banner Elk for restaurants, trails, and waterfalls. I highly recommend the Vistas!

Peaceful retreat

This all one level condo was a great place to stay. My dogs enjoyed the Beech Mountain dog park and doing some Christmas shopping. We walked up the mountain to get some exercise and enjoy the fresh air and views. The fireplace was a wonderful welcome upon arrival and the bed slept heavenly. We will definitely reschedule another stay soon!

Exceeded Expectations!

We had an amazing experience! This was an early 50th wedding anniversary getaway and everything was perfect. We hoped to see snow and got 8 inches. The condo was very clean, had comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace to see by while watching it snow. Brian, the host, was available for anything we might need but we had everything we needed! It was wonderful!!!

Spacious Condo, Amazing View of Grandfather Mountain

This 1st floor condo in The Vistas is a short drive from the town of Banner Elk, which is super convenient. The view of Grandfather and Sugar Mountains is just amazing and very peaceful. The pictures online do not convey just how spacious this condo is! It is among the top places that we have stayed over the years skiing, hiking and biking. It is a gem to come “home to” after a day of exploring the mountains. The Profile Trail on Grandfather Mtn. was fun and challenging. Linville Falls is a beautiful hike. We had a great time shopping and eating in the town of Blowing Rock. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond. This was our first trip to Western North Carolina, and we will definitely return because there is so much outdoors to explore here. Thank you, Brian B!

Why they chose this property

Location, Spectacular Views and Luxury. Located one mile outside of the town of Banner Elk it has easy access to Beech Mountain and sugar mountain. This condo is in a community except when in the home it feels more like you are in the wilderness with no one around. The views are phenomenal with natural south-facing panoramic observation of Grandfather and Sugar mountains. And the amenities in this condo include high end finishes including granite counter tops, travertine floors, oversized showers and tubs. Finally, this condo is accessible to all with zero step entry and will accommodate wheel chair accessibility.

What makes this property unique

The Vistas is a condo community that offer the opportunity for guests to walk their dog in the community, cook out on the adjoining grill and enjoy the breathtaking views from the back patio. This property is also unique to the mountains because the entry is level and handicap accessible so that everyone from young to elderly can enjoy the home.

NOTE: This property is located in the same Condo building as VRBO #914923 if this place is booked then please look at that property as well. Also it is a great option if two families are visiting and want to have separate space but be very conveniently located next to each other.
