Ocean Breeze: 3 BR, 2 BA Villa in Jurien Bay, Sleeps 6

Completely self contained revamped with modern furnishings, 'Ocean Breeze' is the perfect place to rest after exploring Jurien Bay and its National Parks.

Fully air-conditioned to all rooms, and only minutes from the beach, parks, shops, jetty and many places to dine.

The master bedroom is comfortable with a queen size bed, built-in-robes and your own en suite with shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single children's beds each, also with built in robes. All bedrooms now have beautiful wood panel flooring.

Both the bathrooms have recently been renovated with the addition of larger showers!

The open plan lounge area has all the comforts of home, including a flat screen TV, Fetch, and comfy lounge chairs for all, even a few games, books and Lego blocks for the young at heart!

The kitchen has a European ceramic cook top. The cupboards are stocked with plenty of appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher to help ensure you spend more time with the family and less time washing up!

All essential kitchen supplies including cooking oil, foil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, tissues, kitchen roll … etc are provided for you on arrival. However you may be required to purchase extras during your stay.

Large sliding glass doors open up to your patio with a shade sail, making most of it undercover. Admire the new garden plants while enjoying your morning cuppa or just a family chat seated at the outdoor setting.
There is enough parking for 2 vehicles at the unit or 1 car and a boat (height and length restrictions apply.) Just give me a call if you would like to check.

The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park.
The complex boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the littlies. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and the BBQs are all free. Throw down the gauntlet with other holiday guests and start a game of cricket!

** The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or older. NO SCHOOL LEAVERS/GROUPS under any circumstances**

Lovely property spoilt by poor housekeeping

This 3 bedroom villa has 2 bathrooms and a laundry which makes it ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen is well equipped but ,unfortunately, there is no oven but there is a Heller microwave/ convection oven without instructions and no online manual . We asked prior to booking for the twin beds in one of the bedrooms to be coverted to a double and were assured this was possible and would be done. Upon arrival in the late afternoon we discovered this was not done.we pushed 2 beds together and added the bedside table and lamp from the other room. So not really a big deal- just wanted to let you know it is possible and to check twice before arrival that it has been done. The beds were comfortable . There is a shade cloth outside with chairs and a table which was terrific. There is no Wi-fi which we always like to have. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the villa which is why we have given a score of 3 rather than 4 or 5. The cleaners really are sloppy. We found a t shirt on the bathroom floor left by a previous guest and when checking under beds for what we may have left behind, discovered men’s underwear under a bed that did not belong to any of us. We spoke to Sarah who advised us she would speak to the cleaner as well as speaking to the person who promised the double bed. She tried to find the microwave/ convection oven instructions. We cannot fault the Ray White office for their attempts to assist us AFTER our arrival but they really need to change cleaners or at least check what they are doing more closely . The villa would have been perfect had the issues above been addressed prior to our arrival. wi fi would have been very welcome.
