Main living area: Comfortable modern leather lounge setting with ottoman. Large 55 inch wall mounted TV with Blue ray DVD player, bluetooth stereo/CD player. Modern 8 seat dining table. Large split system air conditioner, wall mounted heater, ceiling fan.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with modern equipment, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, pantry. Basic condiments provided, eg coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper.
Laundry: Washing machine and dryer.
Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom: 1 Queen size bed, built in Wardrobe, 42 inch wall mounted TV. Wall mounted heater. Ensuite access to large bathroom (shared) with separate bath and shower.
Second Bedroom : 1 Queen size bed, built in wardrobe. Wall mounted heater.
Third Bedroom : 2 x single bunk beds (4 beds in total). Chest of draws. Moveable column heater on wheels.
Both 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms have hall way access to main bathroom.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.
Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.

Perfect location
Great spot for a family getaway. Everything in Cowes is a short walk away. No need to get in the car if you are not leaving Cowes.

Nicely appointed in great position
This was a very nicely appointed and spacious unit in a great position. A short walk to the beach and into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

A pleasure to stay at this unit.
This is our second visit to 1/27 Chapel Street, it can't be beaten for location to beach and shopping complex. The unit is delightful with all the comforts of home.
Mauro is a pleasure to deal with and any issues are promptly rectified.
We hope to be back again next year.

beautiful and Clean in a great location to shops and Beach
a few challenges having a toddler in the house with bunk beds and having to get creative to block the stairs, also the tiles in the kids room meant we had to put a doona on the floor our toddler was just transitioning to a bed.
The house/unit had all the necessaries in the kitchen, very clean, comfortable furniture.
Very close walking distance to shops and beach.
We had a great week.

Thank you for your review Wendy we appreciate all feedback and we like to act on anything that is of concern as soon as possible.
We are a little confused about the comments regarding stairs.. there are no stairs at this house as it is a single level property. Also the floor tiles in the bunk bedroom are very visible in the website photos.

Phillip Island Getaway Perfection
Visiting from Melbourne - we had a lovely drive to our Phillip Island getaway. 3 Bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry and bathroom with hairdryer included. The kitchen is all set up with the basics and grocery shops are a walk or minute drive away. The beach is a - minute walk. All you need to bring is your towels and linen (or you can make arrangements for them to be provided) and sunscreen!!! My family and I had everything we needed here and would visit a thousand times over and hope that you enjoy yourself just as much. Sue Melbourne xo

Delightful property

Great family accomodation
The house is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It has DVD players, a PlayStation, heating, great kitchen, laundry and comfortable beds. It’s a short walk to the beach, kids playground and the Main Street full of cafes and shops. We didn’t end up bringing our dog, but they are welcome and the garden is well set-up for them, being fully enclosed. A great house, in a great location!

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was great for us, our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren. The location was great for the beach, the park and the shops. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would certainly recommend it. Thank you.

comfortable villa
There was no BBQ which would off been okay if we would of know before we brought a lot of food for it! The house otherwise was great. Beds were comfortable and we also used the service to get the linen, which was worth it.

Hi Carmen, Thank you for your feedback. The BBQ is in the garage. We are sorry that you did not see it. It used to be in the courtyard but recently the cover and spare gas bottle went missing so it is now kept in the garage. It can be wheeled out into the courtyard for use.

Beautiful property with a fantastic location.
What a beautiful property! Our family spent the weekend here and although the weather was cool, we had a great time. The property had PlayStation 3 with some games, many DVDs and bluray movies and was a very clean and beautifully furnished unit. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk to the Main Street, a short walk to the beach and few doors away from the footy oval and tennis courts. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Property /Perfect Location
What a great property in a perfect location. The house /unit was spacious and well designed for all of us.4 adults/ one 9 year child and a small dog. The location was PERFECT !! Close to town and the beach The beds were comfortable and the decor was lovely. Our grandson loved the bunks in his roomy bedroom. Extras you might need were provided such as...detergent, wash powder, pegs, plastic wrap, aluminium foil, sugar, salt ..bin liners, tea towels etc. There were movies for the DVD player and games for the PlayStation to keep our grandson busy. A lovely green outdoor grassed area to enjoy sitting outside and for the dog to wander around in. The unit/house had air conditioning making the hot days very comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to the main street made our daily walks very enjoyable.The dog had a dog flap to get in and out of the garage to the yard. All these things made our stay FANTASTIC. We had such a great holiday. We would book again in an instant. We had a great family week ..going to penguins..hotrods show ...bowling..Amaze N things. JUST LOVED IT !!

Beautiful property and close to the beach
We stayed in this property with our two children aged 7 & 9 yo and our small dog. The kids adored the bunk beds, the games, pencils/textas and play station provided and most importantly they loved the short walk to the beach and to the playground which we frequented daily. The house was beautifully appointed and decorated with all conveniences (the TV in the parents room was nice), and the beds were extremely comfortable. The dog was very happy in the small yard, enjoying watching all the passers by and slept beautifully in the garage. He loved going for walks in the evening to the beach with us. It was clear that the awning had broken which is why on a warm day we couldn't sit outside, which was a little disappointing plus we had to have the blinds closed all the time to stop people looking in. This is the only reason why I scored 4/5 for comfort. Otherwise the property could not be faulted, and we'd love to return.
