It's only 1.8kms to Cowes beach, 1km to Grumpy's Crazy Golf, 500m to the RSL Club and only 300m to the Summer Carnival. This home is a great place to base yourself while exploring the many attractions, wineries, restaurants, wildlife and much much more the Island has to offer.


BEDROOMS

INSIDE THE HOUSE
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed has a large wardrobe with ample hanging space and TV.
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed with wardrobe and a set of drawers.
Bedroom 3 - Tri Bunk (bottom bed is a double and top is a single) and set of drawers.
This room would be perfect for younger kids!

OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ATTACHED TO GARAGE
Bedroom 4 - 1 Tri Bunk plus 1 set of single bunks, a set of draws and TV.
This area would suit teenagers who need their own private space.
It has a bathroom attached with its own toilet, shower and vanity.
**Please Note Garage will not be available for use.

**SPA** - is available for all guests staying at the property. Please be assured that the spa water is tested and ready for use upon arrival.

Linen is supplied - all beds have mattress and pillow protectors, sheets, doonas & pillows, doona covers and pillowcases. We also supply bath towels for each guest.

Please ensure all rubbish and waste are put into the correct bins, as per the signage in the pantry.

As per the Health Dept regulations, the number of occupants of a property must not exceed the maximum allowed. Your booking may be cancelled immediately if overloading occurs and extra charges my apply.
