Welcome to Creekside at Sawmill Creek!



The privacy of your own house with 2 decks, your own yard, and a garage. Imagine just a 5-minute walk for shopping on Main Street or breathing in the magic of Breck in Winter in the middle of the 4 O'clock ski run. Heaven! Located at the cul-de-sac on Streamside Circle. You can even walk (or slide) to the Private Snowflake Ski Lift (lift tickets are on sale there, too!)



The house is just two blocks away from Main Street. You'll love feeling the breeze as you stroll around and find great places to shop, eat, and drink. It's also conveniently close to the Snowflake Lift for skiing.



The three bedrooms and three full baths are on separate levels, offering tons of privacy. You'll love the open, fully equipped kitchen with the breakfast bar. On the bottom level is a den with a pull-out sofa sleeper, TV, a full-sized washer-dryer, a large full bath, and a bedroom with two twins.

The gas grill is on the large deck, out back, with a fabulous, comfy outdoor dining set. Watch our favorite little fox come by, who sometimes finds a sunny spot to lie nearby.

Parking is strictly enforced due to this property's prime location. There are parking spaces for only 2 vehicles, the one-car garage, and one spot in the driveway. No RVs/Motorhomes/trailers of any sort are allowed to be parked in front of this home. Please ask us about parking options if more space is needed.

Great Summer Stay!

We rented this townhome as a Breckenridge family home base for the first 6 weeks of summer. We enjoyed the layout of the house where every room had its own bathroom. It was big enough for the family to enjoy time together, but also had different living areas to rest and relax if you needed quiet time. The decks were nice
we particularly enjoyed the front deck. The grill was great for cooking, and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. The garage was great to have for storing our summer gear, and we really enjoyed the close location to Main Street
we walked everywhere! This was a great summer destination for us and we plan to go back again in a few weeks. The management company was incredibly responsive to questions before we arrived and quickly addressed a request to adjust the sliding screens to the decks during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

Perfect spot for a perfect trip!

We had 6 people staying in this townhome and I loved the flexibility of having three bathrooms and multiple levels for everyone to spread out in! Location was perfect for walking downtown and easy for the kids to grab their gear and head to the gondola. The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Would absolutely book again!

Great place!

Family Breck Visit

Loads of room for everyone! Comfortable to spread out, privacy and 3 bathrooms! Ski in but not out, however shuttle is just across the street so very convenient. Self Check in & the garage were nice perks. Place needs updating, but was clean, warm & well stocked

A family getaway

My family along with my mother and father went to spend a week up in Breckenridge and do some skiing. This property was as listed, clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities that you needed. The location of the property is just across the road from the bus stop which was super convenient. It was also within walking distance of the 4:00 run which makes skiing home. Awesome. We would definitely consider visiting this property again. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location close enough to the ski hill to enjoy the day! We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. Communication was great with the host in advance to answer my clarifying questions and we had no issues during our stay.

Nice, basic place to stay. Very convenient location as it’s close to shuttle stop for the lifts and a short walk or shuttle to the gondola. It was easy to ski -in via the 4 o’clock run. Also a short walk to town. Nothing too fancy but comfortable and clean. For 5 of us it was the perfect size.

Everything is close to this home. Location was perfect!

Location was great. A short 75 yard walk from 4 o’clock run, the bus stop was even closer and a short bus ride up the hill to the ski lifts. We walked to town and it’s 5-10 minute walk to Main Street.

The place is as advertised. Shuttle is right across the street and short walk from 4 o' clock to ski out. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and it was clean and easy to get in and out. I would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located and adequately appointed

Our group of six stayed for a 3 day ski trip. The check in process and communication was simple and convenient. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely not an upscale lodging but andequately appointed and convenient to everything we needed to have a great time.

Great location, good layout

We stayed in this townhome for a second year in a row for a two-week ski-and-work-remotely trip. It has a great location: ski-in, two bus stops less than 100 yards away with easy access to Breck slopes, 5 minute walk to town. Also less than an hour drive to Vail and Keystone. The condo has four levels that can be used by multiple people working on zoom simultaneously with reliable internet connection. While the common area feels a bit dated, it is highly functional and comfortable. This townhome simply works for what we need.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful time here. The house is spacious and well-equipped. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the Snowflake lift. The property management was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We’ll be back!
