This home provides an open floor concept with two living rooms, a large kitchen, and a 2 car garage. Master bedroom, Two Bedrooms, AND an Office with Bunk Bed give many opportunities to accommodate all beloved friends and family.

Please note: To ensure your safety and comfort during winter visits, a 4x4 vehicle or winter tires are recommended. Our mountain location often requires navigating through snow.

We loved this home! A lot of room for everyone and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was very quiet and it was an easy drive to downtown Breckenridge and to Frisco. Would definitely recommend this home!

Absolutely loved the stay!

The property is gorgeous! Located super close to Breckenridge, we went up for Oktoberfest and it was such an amazing time! Fully-furnished with all of the kitchenware you could need! Instructions were clear & concise, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay, I highly recommend!!

Beautiful mountain home

Breathtaking Views

We loved our stay, Ive been to CO 6 times and this by far was my favorite. A big comfy well stocked house with all the amenities and a view that will NEVER get old. We easily spent 80% of out time outside staring at the mountians and wildlife, we saw a bunny! The host was highly responsive and helped us with everything! Downtown is adorable too and the food was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories that will last a lifetime!

Breck House

Amazing property that had all you would ever need for a comfortable stay. The two car garage was especially nice. The view from the deck was great. It was very private, yet very convenient to both Breckenridge and Frisco. Highly recommend the property.

March ski trip

The 4 of us each had a separate bedroom which was great. The house was large and the family room and tv were great. We could have used a few more pots and pans and kitchen utensils but other than that the place was great. The use of the garage was a huge plus with it snowing every day

Honeymoon Success

A wonderful property that never ceased to amaze with its staggering views and immediate cozy feel. The jet tub was fantastic and the owners were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon together. Thanks again!

Great Location and Spectacular View

The house was located just out of the busy main town. It was 10 min from the slopes. The privacy and views from the house were great. It was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was well- stocked and we easily made several meals at the house. The family room with the fireplace was cozy to watch March Madness every night after skiing. Walker and Tyler were very responsive and exceptional hosts.

Summer Fam vacation

Beautiful home in a great location! Close to everything- Breckenridge, Blue River, Dillan, Frisco, and Keystone. Had minor hiccup with housekeeping upon arrival but owner immediately addressed the issue. The house was supplied with everything you need including smart TVs, and games. Only recommendation would be that dining room table needs more chairs. I would definitely come back to this home!

Family Vacation

This was a family Christmas gift to us. We used this as time away together ( myself, husband and two adult sons, ages 30 & 32), The hose was fantastic- very open, bright, roomy and spectacular Mountain views on the main floor. It was so close to the town and mountain. We went to Vaul one day and was about 40 minutes away-! Not a bad ride. The owner was cooperative with any questions and easy to communicate with. We were so happy with the house and location and would definitely rent again ( winter or summer)

Lovely view and huge house-

This property has great views, a nice deck, tons and tons or space, a very well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill (didn’t use). It has a two car garage and excellent TV set-ups in each room. We’ll equipped laundry room and closets. There are a few quibbles but nothing that would ever prevent us from returning. The sofas are showing wear as is the carpet throughout and some window coverings/ shades are inoperable. The house could use a deep clean. There is no a/c. Not a big deal, esp in Colorado but a ceiling fan or two would help a lot in this house in the summer. Driveway is slick when it rains and is semi steep. We had a 4w drive but a two wheel won’t have a problem unless it’s slick. Overall it’s ina nice neighborhood, but know that there is construction going on down on the west side of Hwy 9 that you can hear. Wasn’t a big deal for us but if you’re looking for peace and quiet this may not be the place for you. The owners were great and very responsive.
