Peaceful and beautiful

Beautiful, peaceful property in a prime location on Eagle Beach. The reason I rated cleanliness as 4 stars is because of a bad odor we experienced in the unit that I feel needs to be addressed. It was a combination of septic and mildew possibly from the air conditioning or pipes. Victor was great with email communications however on site we felt there could be someone to better help navigate the property.We would definitely rent this property again.

Comfortable Unit & Convenient Location

The wife and I have been going to Aruba 20+ years but this was the first time during high season (US winter months). Overall we had a very enjoyable stay in the unit. It was clean and comfortably furnished without being cluttered. The king sized mattress in the master bedroom provided nice support and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony has cushioned chairs for a morning cup of coffee. The LeVent complex itself is a nice complex, well maintained and very convenient to walk to Eagle beach. Victor responds to email inquires almost immediately which was very helpful when we a small issue gaining access to the unit. One suggestion would be to have a "welcome letter" inside the unit to provide some basic info like the fobs (one for door and one for gate to exit the complex), phone usage (local calls?), garbage chute (next to elevator), location of safe (lower shelf in master dresser) and grilling utensils (located down by the grills for all to use). A great experience at a fair price and we would rent the unit again.

Awesome location

Would stay again..lots of room and on Eagle beach!! We walked to some restaurants and bars nearby. It was nice to have beach chairs in condo but would have also loved an umbrella. Place had 2 bedrooms and 3 baths which was great..nice balcony which we used everyday!! The place could use more pans for cooking!!

Beautiful location and wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is conveniently located, right by the eagle beach and stocked with everything to make the stay comfortable. We loved having breakfast and sipping coffee in the huge balcony looking at the turquoise ocean. My child's favourite thing was the lovely pool in the property. Property manager was prompt with communications and gave clear instructions that made check in and check out process a breeze. He also allowed us check out two hours later than usual time that was super convenient and saved us from spending long hours at the airport. We will definitely rent this again when we come back to Aruba.

Exactly what I was looking for

Great location next to Eagle Beach. Clean and well-maintained property. Security 24/7. Condominium was good size, modern, clean and exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful Stay!

This is a beautiful, clean and perfectly located property. Our family of 5 felt safe and enjoyed our time in the pool and at the beach. The unit was very comfortable and anything that was missing was delivered quickly by Victor. He was very prompt with his responses. We hope to return to this wonderful property soon :-)

Amazing vacation

Le Vent is a stunning property and location is perfect. 2 min walk to Eagle beach. We would walk or take scooters to Palm beach for lunch sometimes(20 min walk or 10 scooter). I would stay at Le Vent again as it has all the amenities we need and its a gorgeous property.

Great stay

A very nice 3rd floor unit at a great, new property along Eagle beach. The unit is as shown in photos and great for families with 3 beds (1 king, 1 double, and 1 twin), 3 full bathrooms, and a washer/drier. The location is ideal with beautiful Eagle Beach just a short 3-minute walk away. The popular Super Foods grocery store is only 3-minutes away by car. Our only minor constructive criticisms are that the denim material couch in the den is in need of a freshening up and the property owner, while he would respond, was sometimes quite delayed in responding to inquiries.

Modern and clean apt with ocean view

Very clean apt in a new building. Building was well maintained. Location is great and right next to possibly one of the best beaches in the world (clean, powder white sand, beautiful clear turquoise water). Just be aware that there aren’t many food options nearby or within walking distance. The apt was well outfitted with kitchen items and beach chairs and towels. My only regret was not realizing until we arrived that the secondary bedroom was an interior room without an external facing window. That room was very dark and lacked storage space like a dresser. Maybe interior rooms are common in Aruba? Overall, I would still recommend this property, it is a very nice place to stay!

Week in Paradise

A week away from the hustle and bustle of daily life was great for the two of us in this very well kept condo. Everything is as described and the overall process went quite smooth. A cleaning service during your stay is not included which is not necessarily a huge deal, just something to consider. This is an option for a rather small fee if you choose to utilize. The location of this complex is perfect for us as a middle-age couple. Close to everything and if you have a car getting around is simple. Just a few minute drive to several restaurants, the beach is a short walk across the road, and a supermarket which has all your needs covered is very close. All in all, a great property and we look forward to our return!
