The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is located in the gate community of Oceania Residences where you can enjoy plenty of resort like amenities including outdoor pools, fitness center, kids club, free parking, tennis and squash courts. After a day at the beach, relax and unwind on your private 750 square foot terrace with gas grill and plenty of seating. The unit also includes central air and Wi-Fi.

The is a large private patio with gas grill, jacuzzi, plenty of seating and steps that led down to the community pool and beach gate access.
