This lower level apartment offers 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus a modular sofa sleeper & accommodates 4 persons.

In the kitchen is full size Fridge, Apartment size Range w/Air-fry, dishwasher & microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, flatware, drinkware, dinnerware; plus small appliances, crock pot & foreman grill.

A beverage bar includes coffee maker, Keurig, blender for smoothies or frozen beverages plus a beverage fridge for extra drinks.

The living area is well appointed with leather like modular sofa, convertible to queen size sofa bed and 60” smart tv.

The bedroom has a king bed, smart tv, plenty of closet & drawer space, a safe for valuables and plantation shutters for room darkening.

The bathroom has 5' walk-in shower, lg vanity with lots of storage and plush linens. Hair dryer, Curling iron, Shampoo, conditioners, & soap are provided.

In unit laundry including iron, iron board.

Wi-fi is 700 mbps.

A screened Lanai offers the perfect place for conversation, relaxation, wine or morning Jo.

14 x 28 Salt water pool has loungers, patio umbrella table, light for evening swims and is heated in season when necessary.

Beach gear is provided; Beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler and wagon to pull it.

Bicycles or golf cart rentals are just up the street. They are a fun way to get around and the rental shops deliver. Trolley stop is a block away.

1 mile to Times Square, walking distance to several eateries and entertainment.

The Library is less than a block and offers short term memberships.

Smart door locks with access provided to Guests a few days prior to self-check in.

Ample parking is provided for two vehicles tandemly in driveway.

It is possible that other guests may be staying in the upper unit. A possibility of hearing a heavy walker. The pool and BBQ are shared between upper and lower units.

Lover's Lane stay

This property is really cute. Very tucked away and quiet. It is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The property had everything we needed,. We loved the drink station with coffee maker and beverage refrigerator. It was so nice to have waters already these for us and some coffee as well! Clean and comfortable with a lot of little extras. Great property!

Adorable clean and well appointed 2 bedroom cottage. King bed was so comfortable! Never used our car after arriving for a 4 night stay. 1 mile to Publix, 2 miles the opposite direction to the very end of the square, and tons to do within that range. Set back a few houses from the strip on a quiet residential street.

Comfortable, convenient ground floor apartment on quiet street just at outskirts of FMB. Very well-appointed unit; everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Upgraded appliances. Extra touches such as reading glasses, for guests to use. Easy access to beach (walking distance) and area activities via tram that stops just a block away.

Great Times

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is just a short walk across the street. The community pool is very nice as well. The property site behind a quiet plaza with the best breakfast place. We walked over and ate there every morning. This home had everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. The outside patio was very nice. We sat out there every evening. There is a Tv’s in all the rooms. That was very nice when everyone wanted to watch something different. Would highly recommend.
