Our party consisted of 2 couples and we had ample space to get together for morning coffee in the open kitchen/living room while also having our own bedroom level. Loved having a golf cart!

Excellent Experience

Over all a pleasant stay. The golf cart was surprisingly useful. About a 10 min walk to the beach but the the golf cart it's a 2-3 min ride made life so much easier! The house is clean and well stocked but, has a LOT of stairs! With all those stairs comes a lot of privacy, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

Property was as advertised, clean new, modern and spacious. House was also well equipped and golf cart made it very convenient to access the beach which was about a mile away. The downside, to this entire neighborhood was, that the pool and pool area definitely cannot accommodate more than 1-2 homes out of about 50 homes. This for us makes future visits to this property not possible.

This property is in a nice location and the golf cart is very convenient. Our stay would have been much better with the following items: Thicker/warmer bed linens More Toilet paper More Paper towels Kleenex-there were none dish towels -there were none Hot pads-there were none blankets-there were none When we arrived our condo was not ready and had not been cleaned

Stay was great.

Had a wonderful time. House is wonderful. Rental company was great. Cookware was not nonstick and very hard to clean. Could we suggest on the golf cart instructions on the garage wall to add warning of parking restriction at beach access. We saw people parking behind their own vehicles so we did so to save spaces and got a ticket. Just want to save other people $100. Thanks for a wonderful time otherwise.

New Home short golf cart ride to beach

The house was beautiful and new. The pool is extremely small and there is a lot of construction going on currently. Close to pompano Joe’s and the beach. Had some unpleasant experiences during booking but it worked out in the end. Just posted unnecessary stressed that could have been addressed with better customer service. The bunk beds are on the lower level right next to front door so not functional for small children unless you block the door. House was clean and as pictured.

Beach time

This place is clean and it is walkable to the beach,but in the Florida heat you might not want to walk,so there's a golf cart which made it handy. There's a community pool for the kids which was big enough for them and nearby. Of course the sand on the beach is amazing,of course it's crowded on holidays and weekends. All the shopping is nearby if you like to shop till you drop but there's also delivery for your groceries. The bed on the first floor is super comfortable, but there were lots of complaints from my family about how uncomfortable the beds on the second and third floor were... That could be improved for sure!!! The kitchen equipment is stocked well enough to prepare most meals, I would say the refrigerator is fairly small for a large group who's cooking a lot, an improvement would be more stainless steel pans and pots and a larger refrigerator freezer. The neighborhood is quiet and it's safe for the kids to play out in the street but for the price we paid I feel like we should have had our own pool... So really the property does not have outdoor space to enjoy...That's what you get for booking a little bit too late... All in all we enjoyed it!

Excellent location! Spacious and clean home. Loved the golfcart!

Our family of 5 (soon to be 6) took a quick getaway to Destin from Illinois. This was a great location for us. It was about a 2-3 minute golfcart ride to the beach/Pompano Joes. The home was very spacious and clean with everything you need in a beach vacation getaway. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

AwesomeVacation Rental!

We booked this property for our Destin vacation. It was close to the beach, very clean, had well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and was nicely decorated. Everyone enjoyed the large spacious bedrooms and the quality mattresses. There was parking for 3 vehicles and we recommend adding the golf cart rental. However, there were 2 full flights of stairs as the unit has 3 floors. This was difficult to manage for my 81 year old mother who decided to join our trip at the last minute. This, it is not a handicapped accessible unit that we were aware of before renting. We loved our stay and ups definitely rent this home again!

Convenient location

Property was closely located to beach. Golf cart made it easy to go back and forth to the beach. The complex’s pool was a bit chilly although it was heated. Property had everything we needed. Few things needs to be fixed in the house.

Great Locations & Perfect House for Couples

I traveled with a group of 4 couples. This house was perfect, because it's one of the rare listings with 4 King rooms, each with their own bathroom where no one feels like their getting the "bad" room. All of the rooms were beautiful and private. The house is exactly as pictured. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The golf cart is the icing on cake! I would definitely stay here again in the future.
