Great property

This was a great place to stay----comfortable, clean and close to the beach. Spacious and beds slept really well and the master shower is amazing. And so nice to have beach chairs and umbrella set up for us every morning. Will definitely book again.

Great location

Julie was very prompt in my request for early checkin! Our family loved the house. There was a wagon and boogie boards in the garage for use which was great for the short walk to the beach! The beach service came in very handy also. Would stay again!!

We loved our stay, and the house was perfect. We will stay there again and look forward to booking our next vacation at this house. The house was very clean and a short walk to the beach. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house.

Very clean and just a short walk to the beach

We had a great time at this beautiful house! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to feed 8 adults. The kitchen table was perfect for a large family dinner as well. This house is just a short walk to the beach, so it’s very conveniently located. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this home while in town for a baseball tournament in Destin. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and the photos accurately reflected the property. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to everything we needed during our stay. One of our favorite features was the very short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida coastline whenever we wanted. The quiet, gated community provided a safe and relaxing atmosphere, which was perfect after long days at the ballpark.The check-in process was extremely easy, and the host was excellent to work with. She checked in with us the day after our arrival to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. After we checked out, she even took the time to send a message thanking us for staying and expressing that she hoped we would return in the future. That level of communication and hospitality was greatly appreciated.If you're considering booking this property, don't wait too long—it is currently on the market. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. You won't be disappointed!

Blu Palm Experience

From the booking process to our departure this experience was amazing! Julie was patient, kind, and spot on! I am a person who asks questions, and often times seek clarity and understanding. Side note: I’m an over thinker. 😉 From the first moment of interest, we knew we chose the right property. We arrived on a Sunday and accessed the property easily, as all the codes were emailed weeks in advance. The property was clean, cooled off, and most importantly it was as the listing described. The home is spacious and the perfect location

Not bad

This place wasn't too bad. It could use an update inside as far as paint, furniture and bathrooms remodeled. The good - Great neighborhood, pretty clean, house has about anything you need for the stay, big kitchen, big dining room table, has washer and dryer. The kind of bad - Dining tables squeaks, older decor and style inside, all bathrooms are out of date and have very low counters, the backyard is not private, it is overlooked by 2 neighbors, the walk to the beach isn't real far, but in the heat, carrying all your stuff, taking a cart down and up the steps is exhausting. We rented a golf cart, but there is now where to park it if you go through the beach access that is provided. The host was great and area was fantastic!!!!

Home was very nice, comfortable and spotless upon check in. Property manager was helpful. We had a minor issue that was handled promptly. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but we managed just fine.

Great house and great host/communication. House was clean and plenty big. Plenty of towels but bring your own beach towels and extra blankets if you get cold. The AC worked too good and there was even an extra fan in the master closet. Host responded immediately for everything. My only complaints - I wish it was a little closer to the beach for the price I paid. It’s towards the back of the gated community and about a half mile walk to the actual sand. The beach chairs, toys and chairs set up on the beach made that tolerable. My boys always sleep in the same room on vacation (I always look for a room with double beds) and couldn’t this year because the single bed wasn’t long/big enough for my 6’ 1” son, so if your kids are older, keep that in mind when looking at the bedroom setup. Minor details since there were plenty of beds for us. We had a great vacation and the beach was wonderful the whole week we were there

Best Vacation!

We took this vacation as a family pre-Christmas celebration. The house was so close to the beach! There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the master suite- it is huge and has a private balcony! The fenced in backyard provides a quiet spot to relax and grill out. We really loved how open the kitchen and living area are! It let us all be together even when doing different things. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. There are also restaurants and shops that you can walk to! We are already planning to return in the spring!
