Looking for affordable, clean, comfortable accommodation in a quiet area of Mudgee. Owner wishes to offer their duplex with all amenities to guests as a serviced apartment. Catering for 1-3 people, duplex apartment with private outdoor courtyard has 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds. Ideal for travelling business people, the single traveller or small groups wanting to use Mudgee as a base to explore and discover surrounding wineries, villages, national parks, golf courses.... or attend one of the many events/festivals held throughout the year. Nothing flash but with all modern conveniences apartment gives you a relaxing atmosphere to soak up your Mudgee experiences-you may even find that you will have to come back for more!!. Autumn and Spring are the best times to visit but each season has plenty to offer. 5 mins by car to CBD, 30 minute walk, 15min bike ride. Mudgee Common Reserve( mountains that nestle Mudgee) is within a 7 minute walk and is ideal for bush walking , mountain biking or birdwatching and Putta Bucca Reserve is a 5 minute drive and is full of birdlife with hides.

Nice stay in a clean big house

Really a nice property to stay in. Very clean and spacious. Only thing i could fault is there are 3 single beds. Luckily it was only me and my brother, but if i went with my wife and 2 kids, there is no double bed.
