Templeton Sur Murray- Renmark

Situé sur 4. 5 hectares de propriété riveraine, réveillez-vous au son des oiseaux et la vue imprenable sur le fleuve Murray. Avec assez de place pour accueillir confortablement 14 invités, vous serez sûr de profiter d'une escapade d'un week-end ou un séjour de groupe prolongé à Templeton On Murray.

DĂ©tendez-vous sur l'eau ou profitez des sports nautiques sur votre propre banc de sable. À quelques minutes Ă  pied se trouvent nos voisins la brasserie Woolshed, l'un des endroits les plus populaires de Riverland.

Nous voulons seulement rendre votre séjour agréable et facile, alors demandez-nous n'importe quoi et nous serons sûrs de vous aider!

* Nos périodes de pointe sont du 21 décembre au 31 janvier et à Pùques. Un minimum de 4 nuits s'applique à ces dates. Les week-ends prolongés (à l'exception de Pùques) ont un minimum de 3 nuits et toutes les autres dates hors pointe ont un séjour minimum de 2 nuits (1 nuit est négociable).

Il existe un tarif de pĂ©riode de pointe de 20% pour les sĂ©jours du 21 dĂ©cembre au 31 janvier. Ceci reprĂ©sente 20% du prix total de la rĂ©servation (hors acompte). Une dĂ©pense minimale de 1 800 USD s’applique aux sĂ©jours effectuĂ©s entre les vacances de NoĂ«l et du Nouvel An (23 dĂ©cembre - 2 janvier) et la pĂ©riode de PĂąques.

** Veuillez noter que les réservations sont facturées par lit et non par occupant, sur la base de 220 $ par nuit / 1 ou 2 personnes occupant le lit principal. Tous les autres lits jumeaux sont facturés 90 $ par nuit (1 ou 2 occupants) et les lits simples sont 45 $ par nuit (maximum 1 occupant).

Absolutely fantastic accommodation! Had everything we needed and more. Host put up a Christmas tree which was a special touch. Beautiful views and wonderful private beach on the river. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

Expansive property with amazing views and river access. Lots of space for our family of 14 and a dog. The outdoor area with bar fridge is a win for the boys. Easy walk to Woolshed Brewery. Well equipped kitchen, even board games like poetry for neanderthals and wavelength available. We had a fun evening by the fire pit. Everyone enjoyed and agreed this is one of our best staycations.

Family Getaway

Amazing Accommodation

Had such a lovely long weekend away here. Plenty of space both inside and out. Great outdoor entertaining area, amazing views and the private sand bar by the water was perfect.

River Getaway

Lovely home & gardens. Beautifully maintained & in a quiet location. The property catered for all age groups from 1 - 64 yr olds. Short walk down to the river but most enjoyable through the gardens & grass walkway between the cliff. Lovely sandy beach for swimming or skiing. We will definitely be looking to return for another stay.

Amazing Location

We celebrated our family christmas at this property, and it was perfect. The house was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably and the grounds are immaculately kept. Being right on the river was great for keeping the kids entertained.

Great for a family stay

Booking: this part was problematic and took time. I requested the property and had to do it twice as the owner didn’t respond in time. Once done it was fairly straightforward. I did want to add a third room which took some back and forth again but we got there. Checking in: the lockbox was easy to find but I should have kept the details offline as I had some problems accessing Stayz at the property. The owner was there when we arrived and he was able to verbally let me know the code while I was looking for it. Stay: the house makes for a very comfortable place to be, it’s absolutely massive. The beds were all very comfortable and our rooms were all separate so we had our own privacy. We used the outdoor space a lot with its extremely large dining and lounge space, great to have the fans out there too as it was very warm on arrival. The large lounge room was great to retire to at night also. The house is on the older side but still in good shape. Location: this was probably the disappointing part for me as it’s a hike down to the water and you can’t see the water at all when you’re sitting in the outdoor space. The photos made it look like it was on the doorstep to the river but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Overall: great house, beautiful property and it’d be great for a family stay as it has everything you could possibly need. At $990 for two nights for 3 people it’s quite expensive and for that price it would have been nice to see some breakfast provisions and coffee pods or even just some bread, butter and packet spreads. The milk frother on the coffee machine didn’t work and the fan in the main room makes a loud clicking sound when it’s on. Overall it’s a lovely house and made it very easy to catch up with the family while we were there.

On the river

Nice property, isolated, beautiful gardens. India was easy to communicate with. When an unexpected issue which was out of her control occurred she made sure to address things rapidly. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Property large enough for a very large group.

Wonderful return visit

It doesn’t get better

The Riverland at its finest. Plenty of room; indoors and out. The kitchen supplies were outstanding. Quality pots and pans. Big pots so we could cook up a big feed for several people. Clean. Comfortable. Great outdoor setting. The birds are an absolute joy. A birder would be entertained for hours. The native gardens a pleasure. The fruit from the fruit trees were glorious. Quiet time by the River. We were talking about returning before we left. The only real complaint was that we should have booked longer.

There is no better place than the Riverland. Growing up on the property was a magical part of my childhood, and now I have the chance to share that magic with our guests.

I'm a full time Graphic Designer and Studio Manager with a love for all things travel, family and nature. I will vouch for the Riverland at all costs - because hey, who doesn't love food, wine, water and magical sunsets every day of the year!

The property has been in the family for 3 generations and was once an apricot orchard. Our family built the property in 1999 and we lived here till the drought worsened. We relocated and opened up the house for others to enjoy while our fruit growing stopped. Templeton is a family name that is being passed down through the generations and the property has been in the family for over 50 years.
