This elevated house now has a third bedroom at ground level which is also self contained. It can be rented separately for 1,2 or 3 people or as an addition to the house rental, conditions apply. There are no steps from car to room to water! It is a mere 20 m stroll to the lake where you can tie up most size boats directly in front of the house. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a queen, 2 singles and a sofa bed in loungeroom, bathroom, dining, full kitchen and electric bbq on back verandah.
Downstairs is third bedroom with a tri bunk, TV, kitchenette, shower/toilet/laundry attached is an added option. This room is not rented to different people at the same time. Shower/toilet/laundry downstairs is available for upstairs use.
A gas BBQ is available downstairs and an undercover timber outdoor setting facing the lake. The yard is fenced at the back to contain small children and dogs. A wood burning BBQ is available outside of the fenced area for both upstairs and downstairs use.
Frequently visited by kangaroos and a variety of native birds.Walking distance to bowling club and bottle shop/ convenience store and new cafe. A short drive, walk (or boat ride) to the entrance and beach. You can bushwalk to the southern end of the beach (or 4x4) or follow the beach. If bushwalking, you can continue west and end up on the northern side of Narrawallee inlet. 15 mins drive to the historic town of Milton and Ulladulla and for the more adventure minded, climb Pigeon House Mountain or walks via the road to Pointers lookout or Porters Dam
Linen is optional. You are welcome to take your own or we can supply it at $15 per bed.
A returnable bond is now required and excessive cleaning and laundry will be deducted from bond money along with any unreasonable damage. Please contact owner for further details.
Lake Conjola is located approximately 3 hours south of Sydney and 3 hours east of Canberra.
Tennis courts, Post Office, Gas bottle exchange, boat & canoe hire, takeaway food outlet are all within walking distance or a short drive. Boat ramp at end of Norman St. Surf Beach and the main boat ramp are a 5 minute drive through the entrance caravan park Lake Conjola is well known for its surfing (Green Island), water skiing, wakeboarding and fishing.
The entrance is popular for water activities with sand hills and sandbars for adventurous children!
