Soak up the view from your terrace, balcony, or luxurious two person spa bath, enjoy a romantic moment by the wood burning fire, watch kangaroos graze, dine under the stars under your vine-roofed terrace, or head to one of the renowned local pubs or restaurants.

My fiance and I had the most wonderful time staying at El Camino. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and calm thanks to the amazing house and mesmerising views. Will definitely recommend this beautiful place to getaway for the weekend. Great hosts 10/10!

Disappointing, was looking forward to a spa bath, country breakfast and the swing in the bedroom looked lovely. Turns out that the breakfast wasn't provided as advertised, just a couple (literally a couple) of condiments being salt, pepper, vegemite and tea/ coffee. No coffee maker. Only instant coffee. Small UHT milk in fridge. That was it.Spa bath motor turns on, jets don't work. Very unhappy. Water pressure very low so took an eternity to fill the bath only to the find out the jets didn't work.No swing in the bedroom as in the photos. Has been removed.Parking was not undercover even though there is a carport attached to the property. That is for one of the cottages apparently.Property clean enough and heaters work, but was very much lacking all of the advertised extras that were the deciding factors for us, booking this place over others that in hindsight would have been better.

Relaxed location

Gorgeous place to stay and very peaceful however despite the description saying breakfast included in price, there was nothing but UHT milk and packets of coffee/tea. No coffee maker as described and no cloth to wipe the benches or even tissues. No soap to wash and it was freezing upon arrival, the heater on would’ve been welcoming. Just a few things tainted our stay that can easily be rectified, however the location, property and home were lovely.

The house was very clean and in a beautiful spot I just think you might need to update some photos as I was really looking forward to the swing in the bedroom only to realise it’s not there and you might need to look at your spa as it’s not working properly But overall it was a lovely little heat away Thank you

Great little getaway

Amazing little place, great for enjoying nature and having a romantic time with my husband. Close to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, plenty to do! Hosts are easy to contact and responsive. Definitely recommend.
