What I love most about my apartment is the stunning view, from the 14th floor, you can see the capital, the Central Valley, and even the majestic Barva and Poás volcanoes on clear days. The rooftop offers a unique perspective for relaxing, socializing, or capturing unforgettable photos. The location is perfect for exploring Heredia’s colonial charm, coffee plantations, and vibrant markets, as well as day trips to nearby national parks and volcanoes, making it the ideal base for both adventure and relaxation.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of convenience, safety, and beauty. Located in Heredia, it’s close to the train station, the Paseo de las Flores shopping mall, restaurants, and services, yet it still feels peaceful and secure. I bought this property because I love the view; from here, you can see the capital, the Central Valley, and nearby volcanoes. The condominium offers outstanding amenities, including heated pools, tennis and basketball courts, and even a small movie theater. The closest beach, Jacó, is just 1.4 hours away, making it perfect for a same-day trip. You’ll love it as much as I do!
