Situé littéralement sur le bord de la CDB, vous serez à moins de 5 minutes à pied de toutes les grandes choses que Melbourne est réputé pour et seulement un peu plus loin est le coeur du centre de divertissement Crown Casino.

Un tableau exquis de restaurants, le centre des arts, le thĂ©Ăątre, Federation Square, la riviĂšre Yarra etc .. etc .... quoi d'autre pourriez-vous ĂȘtre Ă  la recherche? Si elle ne figure pas sur votre porte, alors il ne sera pas trop loin Ă  pied ou en utilisant l'infrastructure de transports en commun et efficace qui est Ă  votre porte.

Great location with lovely views

A clean comfortable apartment with amazing views and fantastic location. The basic needs are met in the bathrooms and kitchen. Bright morning light in the lounge and front bedroom helps for an early wake up, no alarm clock needed. Served us adequately for our 1 night stay to see a show in the city.

Can not imagine a better location in Melbourne!

Best place in town

Perfect position in Melbourne, close to shops, public transport, sport and theatres. Amazing views from 2 sides of apartment. Very spacious apartment with Comfortable furniture and beddding. All basic needs are provided ie: tea coffee hairdryers, car park etc. etc. Easy check in. Tony was very accomodating regarding check in time. Couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future!

Amazing Views

This is beautiful and well appointed apartment. The views at night need to be seen to be believed. It has a wonderful location a few steps away from Southbank and just a short walk to Flinders Street Station and Federation Square. Simply outstanding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We rented it for our family holiday in Melbourne and also as the base to attend our daughter's wedding. The apartment provided plenty of room for her and her bridesmaids to get ready. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the city and all the restaurants. The night time view across the city is fantastic. Just one thing missing - a coffee machine. We solved this problem by bringing our own travel Nespresso machine and pods. We will definitely be rebooking for future stays.

Appartment is perfectly located on the south side of the Yarra and within easy walking distance to flinders station and city. Appartment looks back over the river and has amazing views of the city.

Superb in every way

I booked the apartment for a family wedding. Two couples with a toddler and baby stayed in the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent position, being in easy walking distance to the CBD and Federation Square, the Botannical gardens, the MCG and tennis centre, and of course Southbank. The views from the apartment are magnificent and there are extensive balconies to relax and enjoy these. Tony was exceptionally easy and prompt to contact and went out of his way to provide a porta cot and high chair. The apartment was spotless and all facilities, such as air conditioning worked well. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Melbourne, and who wished easy access to all the main tourist sites. There is an extensive food court only a few metres from the apartment and many and varied restaurants along Southbank.

What a view, WOW!!!

Great apartment with excellent views of the city, Federation square and the MCG. The location on Southbank is so close to all the bars, restaurants and the casino with Federation square just 5 min walk. The apartment it self is clean, tidy, secure and a great size. If you want the WOW factor then book this property, you wont be dissapointed.

BRILLIANT PROPERTY
