The Picker's Hut - Peaceful vineyard setting

The Picker's Hut is nestled within our peaceful vineyard providing guests with relaxing and private accommodation. It is fully self-contained with two separate bedrooms easily accommodating four adults. Bedding can be arranged for extra guests if required.

Located only a one minute drive from the main street of Monash it is an ideal setting for a peaceful getaway.

The Picker's Hut has FREE wifi, good heating and cooling, large screen television, a selection of DVDs, all free to air digital channels, well equipped kitchen, fully renovated bathroom, washing machine, outdoor table and chairs with barbecue, pizza oven and hammock. There is plenty of safe parking for cars, boats and trailers. Pets are also welcome.

Monash is a centrally located Riverland town within close proximity to Berri, Barmera, Renmark and Loxton. Monash has a number of local shops and facilities including a butcher shop, general store, community club (meals and ATM facilities), chocolate shop and a large family playground with barbecue facilities.

The Pickers Hut was absolutely lovely place to base ourselves while exploring the area. Great location to soak in gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Perfect for a pre-festive break.

It was cold and raining when we arrived. Bruce had been in and out the heater on for us and the rooms were lovely and cosy. It’s quiet and away from towns yet close enough to get everything.Just what we needed

Peaceful Getaway

The propery was very relaxing and perfect spot for our family and puppers. Great for our dog who likes to wander off, didnt have to worry with her being outside. Would recommend to others 😊

Short getaway with my puppy

Lovely property in a beautiful location. My puppy enjoyed the fenced yard and I enjoyed the peaceful environment. Bruce was a great host, I would definitely recommend.

A Riverland Gem

The Pickers’ Hut is a great place to stay. The pizza oven is gold and makes for an even more enjoyable experience. The fenced yard is perfect for the dogs. The location is quiet. Even on cold nights the hut is warm, comfy and cosy. The bed is comfortable for a good night’s sleep too. This was a return stay for us and are most certainly happy to come back again. Thanks Bruce and Leah.

Peaceful Little Hut

We thoroughly enjoyed the outside area (when the heat permitted), and the air-conditioner was amazing for the heat. The fur-kids liked the yard and it was nice to feel safe to let them explore. Close to lots of things to see and do. Thanks so much.

Relaxing retreat.

Lovely outdoor area with views of the vines which is securely fenced for dogs. The hammocks are a great touch. Even though the accomodation is basic, it is very comfortable and quiet. Bruce (the host) is very welcoming and provided us with a wine tasting of Top block wines. Great location.
