Great place. I can’t say enough. I loved it. Clean and in a very convenient area. My only issue was security. A Hispanic female security officer was very rude to my elderly mother. She was racist and confrontational with an elderly woman that couldn’t respond back. The resort needs to consider firing her.

Left us stranded

We were canceled after our check in time, after flying across the country! Left my husband and I scrambling for a place to stay with our daughter. Yes they apologized but that really did not help my family in anyway.

Brandy I'm so sorry this happened, like I told you that day we got double booked because the calendars did not sink and unfortunately we had to cancel your reservation. The only thing we could do was give you a full refund, it was never our intention for this to happen. We always strive for our guests to have the best experience possible but this time it was out of our hands. Rest assure that this will not happen again.
