Queen Lizzy Townhouses are 2 beautifully appointed, brand new executive residences situated within the convenient services-hub of Woodville South. With the QEH located a minute down the street, you can access a range of shopping and services along Port and Woodville Roads. This location is undergoing transformation and seeing improvements in infrastructure and amenities being driven by a very pro-active Council. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Damage, breakages, theft and loss, excessive cleaning, etc. are the guests responsibility during their stay and the bond will serve to cover the costs incurred. If the costs exceed the bond, this will be at the guests expense. In the event where the extra fees are not settled within 7 days of invoice, Queen Lizzy Townhouses will pass on to the guests all legal costs and other associated expenses related to the collection of the outstanding debt.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the booking request or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. In the event where the extra fees are not settled within 7 days of invoice, Queen Lizzy Townhouses will pass on to the guests all legal costs and other associated expenses related to the collection of the outstanding debt.

Charges for renting the property are partly based on the number of guests booked to stay overnight. We therefore ask that the use of the bedrooms (beds, linen and towels) reflects the number of guests that are in your booking. Fees will apply for the use of extra bedrooms.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Arrival - the property will be available for you to check in from 14:00 onwards.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest (unless specific arrangements have been made prior in writing with the owner), to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. This includes garden maintenance staff.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Your payment confirms that you release and forever discharge Queen Lizzy Townhouses from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in any way associated with the use of the facilities by yourself and/or other guests at Queen Lizzy Townhouses.

Short Getaway

Great place to stay, quiet area,walking distance to the Woodville pub for a good feed.Stayed with family, good accommodation,easy to get to places of shopping.

Property not cleaned properly and owner very rude

I’ve stayed at this property twice first time great second time dirty. I dropped an earring that went under the lounge so i moved the lounge and found odd dirty socks and so much dog hair, the back sliding door had drawings on it in the dust and filth skirting boards full of dog hair so I complained to the owner and sent him pictures and he told me he would send a cleaner around which I declined as we are there for a holiday not to wait for cleaners to come, he told me off for moving the lounge and said I went looking for things but this is so much from the truth . I then proceeded to ask for my dog cleaning fee back $100 because of the filth but he then decided he would throw it back on me by saying my little dog was yapping and he had to pick up dog droppings ( this is a dog friendly property !! Anyway I won’t be staying there again. He could of settled this easily but he didn’t want to meet me half way my biggest gripe was it wasn’t cleaned before me after them having a dog why should I pay a cleaning fee

Modern, affordable luxury.

The townhouse was modern and spacious with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was quiet and an easy walking distance to the St. Claire Recreation Centre.

Lovely House

My family of 5 plus 2 friends recently stayed at this well appointed house. It has everything you need and lots of space. The position was great...close to everything as it is only a short drive to the beach, airport or the CBD. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future
