Great house in a beautiful spot!

We recently spent 5 nights in this property with another family. There was plenty of room for us all and it was much better than we expected. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, a good size yard for the kids to play in and just a short walk to the lake which was stunning. We all had a great time.

We stayed in Kings Point as an extended family for my dads birthday. House was perfect for all ages, from Pop down to the little grandkids. Beautifully maintained, clean and tidy. Easy communication with hosts when needed. Definitely recommend this house if you are staying in Kings Point. Thankyou

Everything you need and more

We celebrated a Christmas in July,we cooked a Christmas dinner and we had everything we needed.The house was clean and great for us to be together, Especially seeing it was nota good time to dine out with covid.we will definately be back again if available.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.The fireplace was great and cozy.The house is very warm.

House was in a great location, close to the water. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Only thing was there was a BBQ but no hot plate so we were unable to use this facility.

Lovely Outlook & Location

Sue is a wonderful host. My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks. The house has everything you will ever need be it a short or long stay, including a full sized TV, and beautiful views of Burrill Lakes. Great size for large or small families alike. Very clean, well appointed and in a great location so close to the water. We loved the variety of the local bird life which we saw on many of our walks around Kings point.

Lovely getaway

Very nice house. Lots of reading material and DVD's. Unfortunately no internet but managed to make a plan. Only critique is that we had to supply all our own towels. Owners available to reply to all questions without delay.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for your feedback. Rather than advertising that towels are NOT included, we could consider it as an optional extra. Unfortunately providing towels and wifi increase the cost of rental and so it is hard to find a good balance for guests.

Lovely, quiet location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is very handy to town so there’s no need to shop before you go as you have Aldi, Coles & Woolworths in Ulladulla. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. The property was very clean, kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed, ample cups, plates , etc. The owners were always quick to respond to my messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well organized and clean house. Kitchen cookwares were great with every details. Bedding was very comfortable and clean. Nice view and easy access to the lake. Quiet location. Kids loved it and I enjoyed the staying. Sue and Philip were quick to answer to the questions. We would love to come back again.
