This recently refurbished three bedroom home, is located on a desirable street, a short 5-10 minute walk to golden sands of Mollymook Beach, Restaurants, Shops and more!

THE SPACE
Relax and enjoy the light filled interiors, featuring contemporary coastal furnishings and a minimalist aesthetic. Casa Blanco is designed for a relaxing and comfortable beach side stay with thoughtful nooks for you to take a moment for yourself or get everyone together to make memories that last a lifetime.

The open plan living area is flooded with morning sunshine and opens onto the sunny, North facing deck. The living area, with a deep and cosy linen couch, features a smart TV (with Netflix), boardgames and cosy rugs, perfect for a quiet night in.

A thoughtfully provisioned kitchen will make it easy to cook up a feast using local produce or a catch of the day from one of our famous local seafood suppliers. The four burner outdoor BBQ is also available for those balmy summer nights.

The sun filled deck on the Northern side of the property features separate outdoor seating and dining areas, BBQ/cooking zone and connects to the fire pit area with built in seating, perfect for enjoying holidays with friends.

You will love falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline from the oversized master bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom and sliding doors out onto the deck.

The newly renovated bathrooms feature rain showers and luxe bathtub.

THE LOCATION
Our guests love our location on a quiet residential street, yet still only a 5-10 minute walk to Mollymook Beach, Shops, Restaurants and Bars! Including Bannisters Rooftop, Gywlo Restaurant, Mollymook Bowling Club to name a few! If you're happy to travel a little further on foot, you can easily reach the amazing beachfront Mollymook Golf Club & Salt + Spencer.

Within 5 minute drive you can easily access some the best South Coast bars, restaurants and shopping including Cupitts Winery, Rick Stein restaurant and Pilgims cafe!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
For your convenience and enjoyment, you will also have access to a range of extras during your stay!

1. Firewood for the fire pit - we provide a small pile of wood to get you started! Additional firewood can be purchased from Bunnings in Ulladulla.

2. Mini guests - travelling with kids? There is a cupboard full of toys and books to keep them entertained (and a few for the adults!). We can also arrange a high chair or cot on request.

3. Entertainment - Netflix is provided on the smart TV in the living room and we have a range of board games and books available for your enjoyment.

4. Beach basics - a beach cart, beach umbrella and kids toys are all available for use during your stay.

5. Furry friends - dog love a swim when they’re on holidays? We have a special doggy towel and food/water bowls available for use during your stay.

6. Household basics - from the kitchen to the bathrooms, the house is well equipped with everything you need to settle in to your home away from home.

7. All of your linen is supplied at Casa Blanco including bed sheets, bathroom towels and kitchen tea towels.
