Fabulous Fernleigh

Modern tri-level home featuring spectacular ocean views.

Comprising 2 double bedrooms with queen beds, one on each level, 3 bathrooms with separate showers and baths.

Ground (middle) level features queen bedroom, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, polished floors with views of the ocean, fold back doors onto sundeck.

Upper level features master bedroom with ensuite plus second living area, tv room and sundeck.

Lower level contains third bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed, bathroom, laundry and a kitchenette that opens to a spacious timber deck.

There is a Weber BBQ, 2 bar fridges, gas space heating and electric wall heaters. The view is spectacular and encompasses breaking waves, Lorne pier and the vast ocean expanse of Louttit Bay.

Linen is not provided, you will need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
Doonas and pillows are provided.

Gorgeous accommodation in Lorne

We were disappointed that we had to bring our own bedding and towels This was not revealed to us until after we had paid the deposit. This was very inconvenient considering half of us came from Canada. The place is gorgeous however it could have been much cleaner. We left our new tea towels at the place and hope to have them returned to our local friends. Please advise how we can arrange this.

Loved it!

This place is a 3 level semi-detached townhouse with 3 bedrooms and great ocean views. There is a living area and a bathroom on each of the 3 levels!! There is also wi-fi and foxtel/apple TV. The place is not brand new but is spacious, clean and is well fitted out.
