COVID RESTRICTIONS:

Current Covid restrictions mean we can only accept bookings of up to 5 guests, unless all guests are from the same household.

Government ID for all guests must be forwarded to us prior to check-in.

For the safely of our cleaner, future guests and the local community, evidence of vaccination for all adult guests, or a negative Covid test (attained within two days of check-in) must be forwarded to us prior to check-in.

Note restrictions may change at any point in time and are out of our control. We will attempt to be flexible with bookings effected by changing restrictions. Please contact us with any questions.

We retain the right to undertake 'spot checks' during your stay, and if there are any breaches of house rules or Covid restrictions we retain the right to terminate the booking immediately with no refund.

The Swan House now has wifi! The second living room upstairs has a table and chairs where you can set up for working or studying in a beautiful location.

With five bedrooms over two levels the house is big enough for two/three families or a larger group of friends. Separate living spaces on each level provide plenty of options, from curling up cosy with a book or movie to monster banquets outside on the ten seater table.

The Swan House is perfect for your next family holiday, surf safari, girls weekend, fishing expedition or cycling trip.

FOR DOGS: well behaved dogs are welcome if you let us know at the time of booking. The back garden is fully fenced.

FOR FAMILIES: expansive fully fenced grassy back garden with cubby house. Inside the house is a separate living area upstairs for kids or to set up remote work / study, child security gate, high chair, boardgames, kids toys, DVDs, books.

FOR SURFERS: surfboard racks, multiple surf breaks on your doorstep (Connealley's Reef, Cudmirrah Beach, Berrara Beach), or a short 25 minute drive to Green Island (Manyana, Bendalong).

FOR FOODIES: dishwasher, open pantry (help yourself to spices, salt etc), coffee pots, bbq, 5 burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, crockery for 15 people, 10 seater outdoor banquet table, 8 seater indoor table.

LOCAL AREA:

The Swan House is located in the quiet coastal village of Cudmirrah nestled in between Conjola National Park, Swan Lake and Cudmirrah Beach. It is about a five minute drive south of the urban centre of Sussex Inlet, which has all the supplies you’ll need – supermarket, chemist, bottle’o, bakery, small cinema and take aways – but is neatly out of sight when you’re done.

It is an easy half hour drive to Milton, Mollymook, Manyana, Bendalong, Lake Conjola, Ulladulla, Jervis Bay and Nowra.

LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED:
Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. (Note doonas, pillows, blankets and doona covers are provided).

Linen hire is available:
- $20 per single bed (includes sheets, pillowcases, 1 x bath towel)
- $30 per queen bed (includes sheets, pillowcases, 2 x bath towels)
Please enquire at time of booking if you require linen.

HOUSE RULES:
Please respect the house and the neighbours at all times.
No additional visitors on the property at any time.
No parties, no loud music.
Please leave the house tidy (see the list of things to do when you leave on the fridge)
No smoking inside.
All breakages must be paid for.
Please do not access the areas of the house that are padlocked (the outdoor laundry, the garden shed, the linen cupboard one of the clothes cupboards upstairs)

Breach of these rules may result in termination of the rental agreement at any time.
