Beautiful Vineyard Accommodation

Lynwood House is located in the centre of Mudgee wine country to the north of the main town and within 5 minutes to some of the regions best cellar doors including Steins (home to Pipeclay Pumphouse Restaurant ), Lowe Family Winery (home of Zin House), Di Lusso Estate, Bunnamagoo, Huntington Estate, Pieter Van Gent, Peterson's and many more.
Accommodation comprises 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, 3 ensuite bathrooms , lounge, dining, kitchen, deck and pool. A king single day bed can be used if required to accommodate up to 7.

The kitchen is fully equipped and year round comfort is assured with all areas reverse cycle air conditioned. A wood fire is installed for guest enjoyment on those cold winter nights.
There is a covered back verandah and large deck overlooking the gardens. Access to the fully fenced swimming pool is provided for guests.

A large screen TV, Blu Ray, stereo and selection of movies , games and books are provided.

All linen and towels are included . Some fresh kitchen supplies are also provided on your arrival... Milk, , eggs, butter, and a supply of condiments, tea and coffee.

Warm and inviting

Emanuel's 60th Birthday

Our family enjoyed a 2-night stay at Lynwood that was picture perfect. The house was inviting, well-appointed, well-stocked, clean and cosy with loads of room for the whole family. The setting was idyllic - nestled between a private vineyard and farmland complete with friendly cows looking out to beautiful rural views. Easy to find, easy to access and very private. Highly recommended for an authentic country get-away in the midst of Mudgee vineyards but not too far from town.

Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous stay at Robyn's beautiful home in the vineyard. The home was cosy, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen a lovely dining lounge area. The open fire was a bonus. Beds were amazing.Robyn our host was so easy to communicate with and had the fire going when we arrived on a chilly evening.I would definately stay here again.

Excellent family getaway

A great base to enjoy the local attractions and spend quality family time with the grandchildren. They particularly love the pool and we had great weather. This is our 4th stay at this venue and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Our hosts were great and certainly make feel very at home.

Lovely stay in mudgee

Beautiful, private spot close to town. Lynwood was a well equipped, warm space that looked out to sunsets across a field of cows. We had a lovely couple of days.

Lovely and beautiful home

We love the beautiful home, so homely and comfortable, quiet and tranquil and yet a short drive to the many vineyards. Robyn is the perfect host, great communication and very thoughtful with the breakfast items to kick start the day. We will definitely be back.

Lovely property with a well appointed kitchen and the best welcome package I've come across - wine, coffee, bread, butter, milk and eggs and more. Very spacious with lovely views and so many birds. Loved it.

Great long weekend stay

Lovely, clean house in rural location. Vines out front and cows out back. We had a lovely stay, the three ensuites was nice for 3 couples sharing house. Log fire and everything we needed for long weekend stay

Beautiful accommodation

Quiet, tranquil and beautiful surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed, was very clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and great linen. Short drive to Mudgee and close to amazing wineries. Hosts were very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. longer.

Perfect place to stay

Great property to stay at. Located reasonably close to Mudgee centre and easy access to all the winery’s. Great 3 bedroom property with ensuite for each room. Bathrooms are beautiful and looked to be newly renovated. Robyn was great with communication and super hospitable. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much

Family weekend away

Our 2 night stay at Lynwood was perfect for our family of 6's weekend away. Robyn was very accommodating with everything we needed for the little ones. The kids enjoyed seeing the cows at the fence, walking around the grounds and swimming in the pool. It's such a beautifully peaceful place and so close to some amazing wineries. We will definitely be back, possibly without the kids next time 🙂

Peaceful Country Accommodation
