ROSE COTTAGE
Byggt pÄ 1890-talet var detta den ursprungliga lantgÄrdstugan som sedan har uppdaterats för att göra det mysigt och avslappnat, fristÄende, privat boende för upp till 4 vuxna.
- öppen planlösning och matplats med angrÀnsande kök.
- 2 sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng, det andra sovrummet en dubbelsÀng plus en singel. Vi uppmuntrar gÀsterna att ta med eget linne (lakan, örngott och badlakan). Om linne begÀrs, observera tillÀggsavgift pÄ $ 75 per vistelse. Doonor, filtar, kuddar och kökshanddukar finns.
- Huvudbadrummet har toalett, dusch och tvÀttmöjligheter.

SPRINGWOOD FARM
- Endast 1. 5 timmar frÄn Melbourne CBD Àr Neerim-omrÄdet en dold pÀrla.
Stugan ligger pĂ„ en arbetsgĂ„rd som ligger i en av de grönaste och mest fruktbara regionerna i Victoria. Även om en stor del av jordbruket pĂ„ 22 hektar anvĂ€nds för att göda det frĂ€msta nötköttet producerar gĂ„rden ocksĂ„ valnötter och blĂ„bĂ€r under sĂ€songen.
Det finns ocksÄ en stor frukttrÀdgÄrd med olika trÀd i arv.
MÄnga arter av fÄglar, inklusive kung papegojor som vi ofta matar. KÀnguruer kommer regelbundet ut ur skogen för att beta i vÄr paddock under stugan, och pÄ natten mÄste du vara vaksam för att undvika wombats som kommer ut för att Àta i vÀgarna.
Efter att ha vandrat runt pÄ gÄrden kan du njuta av stugan och lugnet, antingen ta prov pÄ det lokala vinet och fÀrska rÄvaror framför elden eller sitta pÄ den frÀmre verandan och njuta av ljuden frÄn fÄglarna i trÀdgÄrden och skogen och titta pÄ KÀnguruerna som solen gÄr ner.

Beautiful stay in the country, lovely cottage.

Rose Cottage has all you need for a quiet, country getaway. Clean, cosy place with comfortable beds & beautiful views. Books, games, toys, tv, if you want to stay in for the day, or visit the Ada tree or Toronga Falls. Lovely 3 day visit!

A perfect retreat

This property always ties in with childhood memories, so it is always glorious. The calm and beauty of the location make it the perfect place to unwind, but all services you need and want are just 5 minutes drive away.

Idyllic country farmhouse

Comfortable cosy house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The bird life and views of rolling green hills were amazing. We loved the beautiful views of Spring-flowering trees out of each window and the cheerful wood-fired heater. Lovely nearby walks. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good book!

Farmstay Paradise

I go to unwind and get away, and Rose Cottage is just the perfect place to relax and find peace. It is quiet (if you don't count the lowing of the cows that echoes around the valley), but close enough to everything you need if you want to go out or be more active. It has a sense of homeliness, welcome and comfort like you are staying on your uncle's farm. I will be going back over and over.

Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Log fire made living room nice and warm in the freezing winter nights. Bedrooms were very very cold, but main one has electric blanket on the bed. Cooking facilities were good and the cottage has a good dining area. Highly recommended place to stay.

peaceful and serene stay

My wife and I spent 4 glorious days at the Rose Cottage. It's a beautiful retreat that is nice and quiet, except the occasional mooing from a nearby cow. The cottage has all of the amenities you need to make it a nice and relaxing stay. The hosts are welcoming and they even dropped around a 6 pack of fresh eggs from their chickens. We will definitely book again and would recommend it to anyone else needing a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rose Cottage is a mere 8 minute drive from Neerim South. In the town there is a great bakery, butcher, IGA and pub.

Glorious, peaceful, beautiful

Possibly the most beautiful place on earth. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and lovely hosts who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. There was some confusion in currency conversion between AUD and USD in the paperwork, but that didn't detract from the stay in any way. I have never felt more happy to just sit on the verandah, read and watch the clouds go by.

A perfect place to unwind.

My short-term stay at this home stay was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, The peaceful surroundings and helpful local tips made my brief visit memorable. I’ll definitely consider returning for another short getaway in the future.
