Beautiful home and location

Can't thank Nicole enough keeped in touch all the time house is a beautiful location there was 6 of us enough room to keep out of everyone's way if need. Wildlife and over looking the water. I would definitely stay again.

The house is spacious, very comfortable, beautifully presented and extremely well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We could not have had a better stay and will certainly stay here again next year if we can. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous property in stunning location with lovely views of the ocean, whilst being among the trees with kangaroos, kookaburras, parrots all around. Great views with BBQ on veranda!

Idyllic hideaway

Super clean and well presented home in an idyllic bush setting with sea views - daily visits by a family of kangaroos, kookaburras and cockatoos were a delightful bonus ! Nicole was a delight to deal with - especially helpful in arranging an extension cord to accommodate the charging of our EV. Will definitely stay here again.

The perfect retreat with friends

Great location surrounded by lush bushland and magnificent views of forest and sea. House is well appointed and comfortably accommodated 5 adults with plenty of space to eat and socialise together amor have time alone when required. Communication with host was excellent and Nicole very accomodating of our requests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A peaceful and beautiful place

We very much enjoyed the peace and beauty of the house and surrounds. A view to Lorne and also the surrounding bush provided a delightful and restful space for my wife, our children and grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is very well supplied with games and toys for all to enjoy on those rainy days.

Fantastic property with wildlife views

my family and I loved our stay at L’Vista Lorne. The house is clean and spacious and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. We particularly enjoyed kangaroo watching in the mornings and eating our dinner on the balcony under the stars in the evenings. Nicole was a great host who provided clear instructions for our stay and checked in with us to make sure everything was expected. We only wish we had booked an extra couple of nights!

Back to Nature

A lovely house with great views, lots of space and lots of wildlife. Very comfortable , books, games, tourist advice. Perfect for 2 families or group of friends. Just a short drive into Lorne, (steep hill and drive)

Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay at L'Vista. Nestled at the edge of the forrest with views to the ocean the property had a great deck to sit and relax. The property was spacious and clean throughout, with large windows allowing in the magnificent views. It was pleasing to find the kitchen supplied with more than enough cutlery, plates, glassware, pots and pans for cooking. The outdoor BBQ was also a bonus for cooking outdoors on the warm evenings. Nicole, the owner, was very thoughtful and always on hand to make our stay feel very welcome. We will be back.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This was my second time staying at this beautiful house, and it won’t be our last. The location is absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful. A perfect spot for a family getaway. Highly recommend!

Idyllic

We had a lovely mini break with the family. L'viste at Lorne is a beautiful property with all the necessary amenities plus more. It is in such a tranquil setting and the surrounding ocean views are amazing.

Amazing Place!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. It is very well maintained and situated at one of the best locations in Lorne. It’s a perfect holiday home, equipped everything you need. Relaxing weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at L’vista. The house was well equipped for our group of 8 (6 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old). It was spotlessly clean, which given its proximity to the bush was impressive. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony and the kitchen was well equipped.

Amazing stay

Nicole’s place was just perfect. Everything that you may need(and even more!) is ready for you at the property. Location is great, close to everything but far enough to have your peace and quiet. Nicole’s communication and service was the highlight of the trip. Would definitely go back here.

Lovely weekend getaway

Such a lovely place to stay away from the busyness of Lorne but still accessible. We loved the balcony views and the quiet street. Host was fantastic with instructions and checking in that all was okay via text. Great family get away.

Beautiful Property with a View

My family & I stayed at L'Vista for two nights in November & would have loved to have stayed a lot longer. The house itself is clean, spacious & very well appointed with an enormous deck that provides views over the surrounding bushland & Louttit Bay. This can also be seen from the kitchen & living area which is very cosy at night when the wood fire is lit. We would absolutely recommend this home to everybody as a base when visiting Lorne. The care and communication from owner Nicole was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced anywhere else in the world & made us feel very welcome before we had even arrived. We are very happy we chose to stay at L'Vista and will most definitely return

Very Peaceful Location

We love the location of L’Vista - quiet, tranquil and very relaxing, with plenty of space for the whole family. It was great to communicate directly with the owner. All the questions we had about the house before our stay were answered immediately. The house was very clean too. We look forward to staying again soon.

Fabulous Home

This was a wonderful home which was absolutely spotless from kitchen to bathrooms. We loved the outdoor decks with views to the ocean and the quietness being next to nature reserve. Highly recommended.

Hello, I'm a mum of 3 teenage girls. L'Vista is our holiday home which we try to visit as often as possible. However with our daughters' many weekend sporting commitments we don't get there as much as we would like. So the house is available for guests to rent.

We love Lorne and chose to purchase L'Vista back in 2014 because of its quiet location, size, views of both the ocean and forest and the modern, clean interiors. The added bonus was the proximity to the adjoining forest. We love going for the 5 minute walk to the ridge were we sit on our favourite log and watch the sunset over the Otways without a person or house in sight.

L'Vista provides a wonderful holiday house for a beach holiday during the summer months. Whilst the open fireplace ensures the house is a peaceful, cosy, retreat during winter. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate a large family, a couple of smaller families or a group of friends. We often have extended families staying to celebrate a significant anniversary or birthday as there is plenty of room to spread out. We also have overseas visitors as the balcony and windows provide views over the surrounding forest with its kangaroos, echidnas and Australian birdlife.
