Perfect home away from home!

Perfect home with everything needed for a comfortable holiday! Excellent storage space, beds were super comfy! We took our 4 kids and they had an absolute ball in their rooms downstairs whilst we enjoyed the peace upstairs. House was adequately stocked with everything you could ever need, and the bread and milk received on arrival was a beautiful touch. House is walking distance to flag staff and adventure playground which was good for the kids to ride their scooters. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

The house is spacious and well located, with views of the ocean.

The house can accommodate two families, with the lower floor being almost a separate apartment (no real kitchen). The beds are comfortable. Four boogie board and several beach towels were provided - this was a nice touch since we had none of these (coming from Europe). The location is optimal, being only a ten minute walk either to downtown Warrnambool or to the beach. Arriving at the beach, it is only another 10-15 minute walk to the patrolled beach area. The Warrnambool to Melbourne train line is just across the road, so one see’s the diesel trains now and then pass by (which was fun for the kids who were used to electric trains). The kitchen is well outfitted and the owners provide milk and bread upon our arrival. There is a capsule coffee machine (not nespresso) with refills available at aldi. We had a lovely week at the house and can recommend the house without reservation. Thanks to the owners.

Excellent experience!

It’s absolutely comfortable and easy access to the beach and the town center, with upstairs beautiful view, all of us enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant location with a great view and very spacious house. All the comforts one could require

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in La Bella View. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the small touches to make us feel welcome, such as fresh bread, butter, spreads and milk. The house was very comfortable and perfect for families. Thank you Alison for a great stay in Warrnambool. .

Fantastic property!
