Recently renovated house in quiet leafy surroundings..

The house is set in peaceful surroundings but is only 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the golf club and 5 minutes into town. Freshly renovated with modern décor to create an attractive space, so easy to live in. With a large backyard right next to the Merri River, the outdoor eating area has a very green outlook. A lovely walking track is just out the back beside the river, taking you all the way to the beach, only 20 minutes away, or west towards Port Fairy. Tea, coffee and basic kitchen supplies are provided.

Perfect family getaway

This property was the perfect base for our family to explore Warrnambool & surrounds. The house was modern, clean & had everything we needed. A great set-up that allowed us to have plenty of space.

Fantastic family getaway

A wonderful little gem in Warrnambool. Very clean, homely and well equipped home. A home away from home. It has everything you need and is perfectly located close to all amenities and attractions. PERFECTION

Property would have to be the cleanest, best presented of any rental property we have stayed in. All utensils, linen, towels, crockery was of top quality. Property close to restaurants, shops and beach. Excellent backyard for children. netflix was a special treat for the children. Thoroughly recommend to any family visiting Warrnambool.

A great family friendly holiday destination! The house was conveniently located and immaculate with quality linen and super comfy beds. Everything you could need was provided and there was a great, safe back yard for little tackers. The owner, Philippa, was amazing! She went out of her way to make our stay exceptionally good. Definitely the best host we've ever come across.Thank you again, Philippa!

Found home neat inside, plenty of crockery etc. Oversighted when making booking no cooling and 2 nights of 36 deg was not comfortable. Would hesitate to have young children in yard needs a lot of work on garden.

Very clean spacious home in quiet area close to rail trail. Well stocked. BBQ works and came in handy. Kitchen is well supplied for home cooking too.

Beautifully renovated house in quiet street

A beautifully renovated house in a quiet street yet a short walk to town. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and made our stay in Warrnambool even more enjoyable. The host was very friendly and helpful. 10/10!

We live in Melbourne but have family connections to Warrnambool making it the ideal spot to buy a little house. We are looking forward to improving the property a lot more, particularly updating the front yard and turning the back garden into an attractive outdoor space.

We love the position of the house, so close to the beach, within walking distance, and yet in a quiet spot with lots of green space and a lovely walking track close by.

The walking track out the back is a huge advantage. Staying here is almost like staying in a rural area with the view out the back full of lush growth and few buildings in sight..
