Great location, on beach across street from best restaurant on Pensacola Beach Peg Leg Pete’s . Condo was plenty roomy, beds were comfortable, had no issues. Would stay there again.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Great covered parking and easy access. Inside needed a little attention but the staff was quick to respond to anything we needed.

Great spot

This was our first time staying here. Unit was nice. Needs a little updating but clean and as advertised. Love that the condo is smaller and a short boardwalk to the beach. Not overly kid friendly due to layout but would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend trip

The location of the property was great. We did a quick weekend trip with family. The bedroom set up was perfect for our family and everything was clean and tidy. My only complaint of this property was that there was no latch on the front door, making it extremely easy for my 1 year old to walk out of the condo. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant!

Nice but needs some changes.

Nice place, lovely view of Gulf. BUT dirty tile floors need deep cleaning. Bottom of our socks and feet were black each and every day including first day. Couches stained, need deep cleaning. Several of the wall plugs are not secure to wall. The dining room table/chairs are a beautiful work of art but very uncomfortable to sit in.

Dirty Dirty Dirty

This is the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in. Cobwebs above all kitchen cabinets, mold on the shower curtain and filthy floors. If you don't wear shoes your feet/socks will be black. Now that I'm reading other reviews I see this has been a consistent theme with this unit. Don't rent it, trust me you will be sorry. Honestly the entire building has gotten really run down that last several years. We will be renting on the other end of the island from now on.

Amazing views from so so condo

upon our arrival, the condo itself wasn't very clean. For what we paid in fees for cleaning & "covid cleaning" , we did expect spotless, and it was not that at all. I emailed the property manager upon arriving home, and received a very generic response of "we're sorry" We'll definitely return to Pensacola beach, just not this unit, or anything managed by this property manager.

The furniture needs upgrading. Dining set was difficult to pull out and use. Several lamps were broken. They were put back together but were not sturdy. The lighting in the second bathroom was useless. Couldn’t see to put in contacts. Would not rent this unit again

Needs some work

The dishes were so dirty. I had to wash everything and scrub the nasty pans before we used them. Only cooked once due to the cookware had black all in the bottom of all of them so had extra expense to go get food. The floor has a raised broken piece my son broke his toe on. The condo needs a good cleaning. And disappointed on the amount of towels and wash rags for a family on a 3 night stay. Wasn’t going to buy soap to wash towels so I bought extra towels to use. Wouldn’t stay here again. Best part was view of ocean/beach. And hot tub was way too hot to use.

Big disappointment

I left these same comments on the checkout comments. We were highly disappointed that we had to deal with these issues while on our vacation. This property was not cheap for the area. I expect to be contacted my management and reimbursed for some of our money we paid. I will also be leaving this same review on VRBO. Upon arrival to the condo the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken. The 2 other bedrooms curtains were hanging and barely staying up. The floors in the condo were absolutely disgusting. Pictures were sent immediately to mgmt. Also, the a/c unit does not cool the 2 bedrooms. Our kids slept on the couches because the rooms were so hot at night. These issues were communicated to the beach property contact. This condo ABSOLUTELY NEEDS a deep clean and refresh. We were HIGHLY disappointed in the shape the condo was in (walls chipped, paint needs retouching, etc. Especially for the amount of money we paid!!! They did send someone to fix the toilet seat and re-clean the floors (but this was not evident, our feet still were black after showers on the first night when we had not been anywhere). There was still sand in the condo on the floors and on the furniture before we set foot on any sand. As for the location and views, this area was good. We enjoyed the balcony (although smaller than pictures make appear)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the sans Souci for many years. We love the beach and the location. However we were not very pleased with this particular condo. It was not furnished very well and not very comfortable. The dining room table wobbled and the wood chairs and bench were extremely heavy and hard to move. The kitchen was poorly stocked. We cook most of the time and there was not one casserole dish, there was a broken pitcher and the cupboards were a mess. The ice containers were broken and or breaking which made getting ice a pain. The tile near the guest rooms was crunchy. The closet doors were hard to open and off track. The kitchen sink leaked and you had to toy with it to turn it off. The porch had 2 cheap plastic chairs. Master sink was stopped up. The furnishings were average. For what I paid for this condo it was disappointing. We will not be staying there again. Sadly the sans Souci itself is also getting a bit run down. The property itself was a bit dirty especially near elevetatirs and stairwells. Oils use a good cleaning. We do love being there because the beach is great and not crowded but it would be nice if the owners would care about keeping up the property and updating as well.

Perfect for our girl's weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the unit to be clean and comfortably furnished. It was spacious for our group of 5. The location is easy to access and get around the area. The rental agency was fabulous to work with. I would definitely rent again.
