Quiet town, walks along foreshore and to lookout. Fish and Chips takeaway dinner was great. Fuel at entrance to town. Not really suitable for swimming, lots of seaweed. Sea eagles at the nest high on pole near Anzac memorial.
A great little place full of beach charm. A smaller property but the use of space has been expertly managed with all amenities available for a relaxing , comfortable stay. We really loved this place and Leeman. Highly recommend.
Good location. Nice cottage. Has lots of extra things in the kitchen that makes it nice. The main bed was a bit soft for us but a lot of people may find it comfortable. The back door would not unlock.Overall is was good.
Lovingly constructed family holiday home. I felt very at home and so did my dog. My thanks to the owners for letting me share their space. Good memories have happened there.
I enjoyed where the house was located as well...an easy walk to anywhere in Leeman. Nice people in Leeman. A charming place to stay.

Thank you Donald for your kind words. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
A nice cosy little cottage but not suitable for six adults as it's quite small. The second bedroom is cramped and suitable only for children. The bathroom fan, heated towel rail and underfloor heating weren't working.

Hi Patricia. Sorry that the heated towel rail & underfloor heating weren't working. Unfortunately sometime previous guests adjust the automatic settings that are set. If you choose to stay again, in the instruction booklet in the cottage there are instructions on how to operate them both. The fan does work, its just very quiet.
The accommodation was compact with all facilities. Small brown ants in kitchen were a continuous problem which had to be dealt with every time there was food preparation.
Other than that it was okay.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Communication
Upon arrival, we observed (a) the toilet exhaust was dysfunctional and could not login to WIFI. We could not contact VBRO (very disappointing). We left a voice mail for Helen's Cleaning Service (Phone contact on Fridge). Helen was very kind and passed our message to the owner. The owner phoned me and we sent her a picture and a video of the WIFI Modem. After a couple of hours, the owner messaged that Telstra conducted tests and requested us to check and report. Upon returning from Dynamite Dinner in Greenhead, we messaged the owner that all lights on the WIFI were lit, whereas only one out of three, could login into WIFI successfully.
We expressed our appreciation to the owner for assisting us in connectivity, though partial, and understood her predicaments for an electrician to check/repair the exhaust on a Sunday.
Cute and quirky cottage, everything we needed. Back yard wouldn’t have been suitable for our dog, so glad we didn’t end up taking him. Great spot close to everything.
We loved our stay at this cottage. The place has everything you need and more. It’s quirky, lots of beach style decor, cushions and throws. The queen bed was to die for comfy.
If you are looking for a slick clutter free spotless clinical stay then this isn’t for you but if like me you like a bit of warm country and beach charm then you will love it! Highly recommended.
It's a totally charming cottage - we were so pleasantly suprised. As other reviewers said, everywhere you looked was something to make the stay more comfortable. Hard to go into detail, just know it is very comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the power for the back half of the house gone so the fridge wasn't working - Anne was very helpful and in the end we located an extension cord in the garage to plug in the fridge in the front part of the house. The Leeman electrician was in town but unfortunately with covid so we were happy with the outcome. Nothing else was an inconvenience and Anne was very quick to help us sort it. All in all a wonderful experience especially scoring a big fish from a fisherman on sunday evening (for a price).
The cottage was perfect for the three of us. Nice and close to the beach. The beds were good and the air-conditioning worked beautifully in the heat!! There were nice personal touches all around the house. We certainly recommend staying here.
Lovely beach house very nicely decorated in the Bach theme
My only criticism Was the fact I couldn’t secure the dogs outside
Unless they y were tied up . Everything. Ell see you needed for a lovely stay was. In the house . Thank you.
This is one of the best shortstay home properties we've stayed in. Had everything we needed and was close to where we wanted to be. We'd be tempted to stay there again on another weekend away to see the stunning WA wildflowers in that region.
