Totally loved this Swiss Cottage the sunroom was a must see. The views from every room were incredible. The gardens were beautiful maintained and exceeded our expectations.The hosts were very welcoming and friendly more like a 15 out of 10 if I could give a score. Thanks for an amazing stay

We needed a spacious place for 6 seniors, 3 couples. It needed to be in Grindelwald.

We have stayed in this property before. It is the best we have ever used and we highly recommend it. Huge living areas, great area.very clean.

Spacious, quite and comfortable

We had a delightful time at this gorgeous property, with multiple living areas and a large spacious garden to match the spacious interior this was the perfect getaway for us all. Conveniently located in the Tamar region it is the perfect place to tour around the region from.

Fabulous accommodation

This accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of room and you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. 4 wonderful bedrooms with great beds. The small touches of fresh flowers, apples and some chocolates is the kind of detail that adds to the stay.

A General Overview

Perfect property for a family stay.....we had nine family members.and there was plenty of room. The standard of all the furnishings and quality of the crockery and cutlery was excellent. Plus there was a great outdoor covered area for relaxing or dining.

Super clean and spacious

Very friendly and responsible hosts, super clean house with comfortable beds and fresh linens. A ton of space for our group of 4 women and the kitchen was well stocked with most everything we needed to cook several meals. Location was good also, very close to a Woolworths and quick drive into Launceston. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Stay for our Family

We had a fantastic vacation at the property. The house was immaculate and well kept. John and Liang were excellent hosts who provided great communication and suggestions before and during our stay. We also appreciated that they arranged for an additional roll away bed to accommodate our group. The property is highly recommended.

Family holiday

Lovely hosts greeted us on arrival and showed us through the property. The extensive and beautifully appointed house easily accommodated the 5 adults and 4 children of our extended family. Within 24 hours the stressful lives we lead were forgotten and we settled in for a most relaxing holiday.

Superb in every way

We were one of two families (friends) that stayed in the house and enjoyed our stay immensely - larger house with lots of different living spaces for personal space and peace and quiet - beautiful location and walking distance to the village and a 20 min drive (or bus) into the city - John and Liang were very welcoming and helpful - A great way to finish of our 2 week Tasmanian adventure. Fantastic house and location

We are five friends who caught up for a girls' getaway to celebrate 30 years of friendship. John and Liang's house was simply perfect! Gorgeous gardens, huge home, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. We cooked up beautiful meals in the well equipped kitchen. John and Liang also had a real Christmas tree set up with lights! We absolutely recommend this property to others. Nothing but the best

We loved our stay here. We were fortunate to have two adjacent properties which meant a group of friends could share time together and wander back and forward. The house is immaculate and luxurious. Loads of space and good amenities and appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for a Tamar Valley adventure, including many great wineries. Launceston is very close. There are a few shops, including a small bakery, cafe and lolly shop just up the street at Grindelwald Swiss Village. Liang and John are the best hosts around. We hope to stay there again next year.

Lovely Property

We had a lovely stay in May with friends and our children, the property was beautifully presented and our hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming. Great location and a beautiful large home that suited our family with children with plenty of space indoors and out and fully fenced in yard for the kids to play safely. Would recommend for sure.
