This relaxed coastal home is designed for easy beachside living, just 5 minutes drive from Scarborough Beach and within walking distance to cafés, shops, wine bar and restaurant options.

Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, premium bedding, and quality mattresses to ensure a restful stay. The main living area includes reverse cycle air conditioning, heating, and a 55” TV for year-round comfort and relaxation.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, full cookware, and essential pantry basics.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home, along with a dedicated dining space for six and a relaxed lounge area.

Perfect stay!

The home provided everything we needed, even a high chair and a cot for our granddaughter. The landscaped backyard was a place to relax and with the beach within walking distance we were in a routine of heading to the beach each morning for a swim. We had a lovely stay :)

Scarborough in Winter

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was clean comfortable & the hosts were welcoming with a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival & communication was excellent.The outdoor area was lovely, though we didn't use it as it was winter, raining & didn't get any sun. The family did enjoy the darts though!The access to the property with the keycode was very helpful when travelling with multiple adults, not having to worry about a key was great!The kitchen was well equipped with cooking pots & pans & extra spices and sauces which were helpful.The hotwater cylinder, however, wasn't big enough for 5 people, especially when needing hot water for the dishwasher & kitchen as well.We stayed for 5 days & had trouble getting washing & bath towels dry in winter as there was no dryer.Overall though it was comfortable, clean & great communication.

Beautiful villa in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The shower is amazing!! The back area was a great place to sit & socialise. The unit is small, but neat & lovely. Would 100% recommend & stay again. Easy parking, even for an 4wd.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa itself was lovely and clean, extremely well stocked and equipped, which is a great plus when traveling. Nice comfy beds, extremely homely and very well maintained. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were most accommodating. They also provide a folder with information and instructions which made life easy. Thank you Dean & Michelle, we loved our stay at your place and the milk and tim tams was a lovely touch.

A lovely place in a great location!

A beautifully presented place in a convenient location with all the ammenities you would need. We stayed here for 4 nights with my family of 5. The house was perfect for us with a large outdoor area with either a table to sit around or some modern outdoor lounges. The outdoor area was very inviting with a pizza oven and a dart board - the dart board actually had 2 sets of decent darts which is the little 1%ers that I love to see. The kitchen was modern and had everything you need. The Pantry had the salt and peppers and coffee and tea and some other bits and pieces. Foxtel and a large TV was appreciated! Perfect location for the price - just a 10 minute stroll to famous beaches and coffee shops, restaurants etc. Scarborough is such a well thought out beach - would be great for kids (bring your scooters) Wide walking and riding trails that go either way for miles and miles! Walking distance to the local fruit and veg market, bakery and a fish and chip shop. Short Uber/Taxi to City Beach, Kings Park etc 20 minutes to Freo. Just a great place to base yourself from. The owners were awesome to deal with - makes such a difference. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the property, it has a great layout and was clean and very functional. It's a good location with proximity to the beach and shops. Very child friendly and has a great outdoor space to enjoy. Would thoroughly recommend. Also has Foxtel which was a bonus as we did have some rainy days.
