Sandbars Beach House faces beautiful Quindalup beach, with sweeping views across the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay. Whether sitting on the couch on the front terrace or looking through the bay windows of the living room and bedrooms, this is a vista that you will never grow tired of admiring.

Sandbars Beach House is one of only a few houses in Quindalup that enjoys a clear view of the ocean, as there is a lovely lagoon in front of the house instead of trees. The lagoon attracts a varied bird life which is always enjoyable to watch from the house.

Please note Sandbars is situated near a roundabout that leads to the town centre and wonderful beaches and wineries. During peak season this is a busy road.

The Space _ On entering the house you arrive in a bright spacious hallway with a large family room to the left. This room has stunning views across the sparkling bay, with comfortable couches, and a smart TV (with free wifi) makes this room perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening with family and friends. Off the lounge room, looking over the fully fenced back garden is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your stay with plenty of pots and pans and serving dishes. An Nespresso coffee machine is available for morning coffee and a NutriBullet if you prefer smoothies.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom one has two single beds combined to make a kingsize bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, both rooms enjoy views over the beach, the 3rd bedroom looks over the peppermint tree shaded back garden, it has two king single beds.

The front terrace has a outdoor lounge setting looking over the bay. If you can drag yourself away from the comfy seats and magnificent views, there are numerous activities to enjoy right from the doorstep, such as cycling along the wonderful and safe beach paths, or standup paddle boarding in the calm sheltered waters of the bay in front of the house. Fishing and golf are also just on your doorstep. Take a stroll up the road and go whale watching or have fun on the fast speed boats!

Dunsborough town centre, with its numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, can be reached by a 15 - 20 minute walk along the lovely beach path, or a short cycle if you bring your bikes. So you can leave the car on the driveway for the duration of your stay. Of course, you may want to use the car to explore a bit further afield with so many great beaches (Meelup, Yallingup, Smiths), wineries and breweries in the area.

Sandbars Beach House sits on its own large (960m2) block, so as well as the beautiful beach views in front of the house, you can enjoy the privacy of the enclosed rural-style back garden complete with an outdoor dining area, stone fire pit and gas barbecue.
There is also plenty of room to bring your own boat trailer with the boat ramp just up the road.

Property Details


The house has three bedrooms and takes a maximum of 6 guests.

Bedroom one has two singles combined to make a king size bed looking over Geographe Bay Beach.

Bedroom two has queen bed looking over Geographe Bay Beach.

Bedroom three has two king single beds and looks over the back garden.

Quality linen, duvets and blankets are supplied. We provide bath / hand towels and floor mats as well as tea towels but please bring your own beach towels.



Two bathrooms one with bath and shower , the other with shower and laundry facilities.
Two toilets.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave , Nutribullet ,Nespresso coffee machine. We also provide essential cleaning items as well as foil , wrap, and laundry powder.

The back garden has a large stone fire pit for you to enjoy, please be mindful of current fire restrictions during your stay. Fire wood is available to purchase from the local garage or post office.

BBQ and outdoor seating for 6.



Check in is at 3pm on day of arrival and checkout is at 10am on day of departure.
