Great place to stay.

Condo was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed.. Conveniently located for all that we wanted to do. Having the Starbucks and restaurants at the Marriott next door was a big plus. We recommend this condo. It is just like it was detailed in the website.

What a view!

I usually stay at the nearby Marriott but this time I needed a suite because of travel with family. This was the perfect place. It had exactly the sunset view I love! We even brought my parents from their assisted living facility to enjoy dinner and the view with us. The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the “tools” needed. But note that the only “food” provided is a mini salt and pepper. While there is a coffee maker and plenty of filters there was no coffee or tea, so pack what you need, plan to throw out a lot of coffee or pack it for your home trip.

Travel Bug

The condo itself was very clean, had all the essentials we needed, and was very spacious. The screened in lanai was very nice overlooking the water and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The area itself was not what we expected. If you are looking for a very quiet vacation this may suit you. There was no where to really walk other than the road which most of it has sidewalk. The only restaurant within walking distance was Bimini Bait Shack or Marriott Steakhouse. We did enjoy Bimini Bait Shack, the food was very good and they had live entertainment each night. Other than that you had to drive. It is a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and you are basically right at the base of the bridge to Sanibel Island. No beach for walking at the condo building.

Very Quiet Vacation Spot Good for Family with Small Kids

Good spot for families with small kids wanting to stay close to room. Pool closed at 7:30 pm which was not good for our family as there was not much else to do at night on property. The condo was fully outfitted but was a little dirty upon arrival.

Christmas Break in Fort Myers

My family and I rented this condo from Christmas Day through January 2nd. The condo was perfect for us with plenty of space, an amazing balcony overlooking the beach and was well stocked with dishes, plates etc. there was a Publix a few minutes away for us to stock up on groceries for the week. The location of the development is perfect! There are so many restaurants nearby, Sanibel is a 10 minute drive and we were able to also enjoy the pool and restaurants at the Marriott next door. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Great getaway!

Location location location!!! Everything we had hoped it would be. Beautifully appointed condo. Everything from furniture, linens to dinnerware were great. 7th floor with a beautiful view and comfortable furniture. Pool and beach on the property maintained really well. Quiet and just what we wanted. Will absolutely stay again and refer friends to the property.
