ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Idyllic rural setting, spectacular views, proximity to Berry and beautifully furnished - Rivendell is the perfect place to spend a weekend... or a week!

An ideal getaway for families, groups and couples. Rivendell is the perfect accommodation for guests attending weddings at Jaspers Berry, Eleven Eighty Weddings, Willow Farm, Coolangatta Estate and Figbird Cottage.

The moment you enter Rivendell's gates, you are welcomed through a stunning tree-lined driveway leading into an 11 acre private sanctuary with established park-like gardens and resident sheep and alpacas.

The Main House and adjoining Courtyard Studio offer 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, open living spaces with high cathedral ceilings and modern luxury furnishings.

Located only 10 minutes from Berry, wineries, cafes and restaurants, as well as popular wedding venues in the region, the property is also 15 minutes to the amenities of Nowra and within close proximity to the pristine beaches of the South Coast.

PLEASE NOTE

Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday nights.

Rivendell comfortably caters for 10 adults, however we do permit a maximum of 12 adults to stay on the property. The 11th and 12th guest are accommodated on a day bed which converts to a king bed in the TV Nook which is a common space amongst the bedrooms in the Main House. Please refer to our floorplan and photos.

Our infrastructure does not support more than 12 guests, therefore additional guests are not permitted.

The property is not a wedding venue nor an event space. Please do not enquire as we do not make any exceptions.

Pets are also not permitted, please do not enquire about accomodating pets as no exceptions will be made. There is a search filter for pet-friendly properties.

GETTING AROUND

We are located a short, 10 minute drive from Berry township and 15 minutes from the amenities of Nowra.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests are welcome to explore the property, however if any gates are opened they must be closed immediately. The peace and well being of our sheep, alpacas, visiting wildlife and neighbours must be respected at all times.

NO FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS OR PARTIES

We have a strict policy relating to functions, weddings and parties.

No more than 12 guests are permitted on the property.
